I bet our west coast and central time monkeys cant wait for this trial to end.. I cant imagine getting up at 5:30 and 6 am to watch it..

In the beginning I did get up that early but after a while I could not keep that schedule up. I missed a lot of the morning testimony and had to watch it in the evening. Tomorrow I hope to be awake to see the closings. Part of me can't wait for this to be over, and another part of me is going to greatly miss Judge B. Perry and the camaraderie with my fellow monkeys.

I think many of us have been up by the 6:AM sign on for the trial to start.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

WHY does she make that hooker knot in her shirt? It looks trashy as heck. Homeless people wear those because the clothes don't fit and are raggedy. Hookers wear them to accent their teats but she can't even do that right as they are to be in the front not the butt end. Geeshhhhhhhh

She has a home.........PRISON.............

Lots of young people do this to their shirts these days.... it is just a knot in the back of the shirt......

It is ugy and stupid.  My daughter does this but to the side on one hip.  I hate it.  Why can't they just tuck the shirt in?

I do that to my shirts

pb

Sorry, I think it looks ridiculous but even more so on her because of where she is.  Who would care about the knot in the back of their shirt if they are being accused wrongly of murder.  Makes no sense to me.  it shows the jurors what she really cares about, for me anyway.

On the phone with my computer illiterate mama (she says hi to all, LOL) We were wondering... duringrebuttal was it proven that chlorophyll was actually never searched?? So all of Cindy's searches were actually a lie?

WHY? Why not just buy something that fits nice?

Or.... tuck the shirt in your pants.  Makes no sense to me.  I argue with my daughther over this.  She is lucky I cannot make her undo it, well I could but that would involve duct tape of some sort, I am sure.

How long do you think each of closing arguments will take?  Prosecution should be the longest, correct?  (wait, I forgot about bozo's pontificating...)
I think they each get 3 hrs.. the state may go for 2.. Bobo gets to bullchit for 3 and then the state will come back for 1

Closing arguments in Casey Anthony trial expected Sunday

 ::snipping2::

According to court spokeswoman Karen Connolly Levey, the jury members will deliberate through the July 4 holiday, assuming a quick verdict is not reached.

Kevin Stenger and Sandra Osborne were also called back to the stand on Friday, speaking in regards to keyword searches made from the Anthony family computer. Stenger had searched the deleted Internet history on the HP computer from March 4-21, 2008, and affirmed that no searches were made for bamboo poisoning, chlorophyll, and Gentiva.

Cindy has previously stated that when one of her dogs appeared sleepy all the time she became concerned and searched the Internet for bamboo poisoning, because her dogs consumed the leaves in the backyard. She testified that her search for chlorophyll led to chloroform as well.

Stenger found however that the only search conducted in reference to dogs was a search for fleas, not for bamboo poisoning and chlorophyll, like Cindy previously alleged. He also refuted Cindy’s testimony that a pop up referring to “neck breaking” came up. “Neck breaking” was not a pop-up but an actual term searched on Google by a human.

Why would Cindy allow Casey to write checks on her account for so long?  There's no way she couldn't have known after, at the most, a couple weeks.  Even if she didn't want to directly confront Casey, Cindy could have gone to the bank and gotten a new account.  At the very least she could have simply taken the checkbook back on her own and hidden her supply of blank checks.

I can only come up with 2 potential reasons why she didn't stop it, 1.  She was afraid the bank would prosecute if Casey kept writing checks on the closed account. This doesn't make much sense to me because it effected not only Cindy but George and Caylee.  2.  Cindy wanted her to for some reason.
#3 She was afraid if she confronted Casey, Casey would take Caylee and she'd never see either of them again (maybe she'd miss Caylee more)
#4 She couldn't admit to herself (much less anyone else) what kind of daughter she really had= Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Just helping you out with your list.    Having worked in banking, I can tell you I never had a customer that didn't want to prosecute. It's a little hard to imagine. All MOO

Well, this monkey is always glad to see you, Shell, no matter what time it is!!

I've thought about the west coast monkeys throughout this trial and a big hat tip to their diligience!!

I wish that Cindy's sister in law's testimony could have been part of the trial. For me, her story provides the catalyst for it all. Of course, had Cindy been forthcoming, it would be part of the trial, anyway.

I heard them say someone had been searching for bamboo everything else.... bamboo flooring, bamboo furniture, bamboo everything under the sun... but no bamboo leaves.

When I heard that, I just laughed. Cindy must have a thing for all things bamboo.

If she had turned the checks KC signed over the fraud dept at the bank she would have had Caylee as they would have prosecuted and taken it out of her control. She could have stepped back and let the chips fall where they may but be there to take Caylee when KC went to jail. As it turned out KC went to jail anyway and for a much longer time and Caylee died. Cindy made a decision to protect her own interest and the result was murder.

Evidently KC was planning a big party after she offed George and Cindy, since she wanted all bamboo furniture and tiki torches.
