Does anybody remember what all these talking heads were saying during the Scott Peterson trial?  They had even less evidence and got murder 1.

Bozo is saying to himself, "now what do I do"
Yep he knows he is up to his neck in alligators.
He'll just keep on and on as long as he is allowed to keep up this foolishness.

That is the bottom line - he will drag this out as long as possible. What his in-experience doesn't know is the jury will be blaming the defense for all of them although they are not given that information. He has been so disruptive and the natural inclination of a jury is to blame the defense since they see them in court stalling and asking unnecessary questions.(even worse in this case)  If he is smart he will get those depositions done in an hour and get back in there because if they miss their holiday, it will cost him.

Last night Dr. Gupta subed for Anderson Cooper on his 360 show and Sanje showed a video of Casey when she was 6 years old, attending a birthday party. Don't know if any other monkeys saw this.

One thing that caught my attention is how out of place Casey looked with those large, pearl pierced earrings.

Can't imagine a six year old wanting to do that. Why would Cindy want to do that to her little girl?

They were sure he would be acquitted or a hung jury because they just kept saying the prosecution did not prove their case.

She also acted like she was on the outside looking in too. I noticed she was watching but not being a part of the group. I am betting that has been her whole life behavior.

That's what I thought.  I watched the trial, or it was not televized was it, just the reporters inside would give outside news.  I just remember Banfield was a huge reporter on that case, think it was Banfield.

It seems Cindy somehow, always made Casey feel "different."  Pushy, Pushy mother.

Happy Canada Day to all our Canadian Monkeys!

Ok, I've said this before, but I'm going to say it again after viewing pics from court this morning: Why oh why do LDB and JB always look like they're laughing and happy together? I'm sorry. This bothers me. And I really like LDB; so it bothers me she would find anything JB said so amusing. Because it looks like genuine smiles, not sarcastic ones.
Perhaps it's just the old keeping enemies closer than friends thing.  Or she's really laughing AT him

I think bozo at this point is just putting off the enviable as long as he can. I do not see how JP or Jeff Ashton have put up with bozo all this time. They both have the patience of Job.

Guessing I should go to bed cause if they come back any time soon, they are just gonna go to lunch.  I doubt the judge will change the jury's lunch schedule for the putz.

Yep, Cindy made Casey feel "special" yet "different" she poised her to be project an image that Cindy was the perfect mother with the perfect family which was far from the truth and yet, in my opinion, treated Lee like the red headed step child.

Zoo, isn't it interesting how this trial has brought out some interesting character from within journalists we used to like? I have stopped watching all but Bill S. I can't stand any of them now. Blech!

I still like Beth, but I admit I have not seen anything she has been saying about this case.  I found, when she did the SP trial, she kept her opinions to herself, which I find very hard to do.
