If this has been discussed please forgive me. I have had the computer on, but haven't had time to read the posts consistently.

Could this be a problem for the prosecution? Apparently Gentiva has had problems with OT pay and compensation. I read a couple of articles on it and it seems to be a suit brought primarily by Gentiva visiting nurses, so it would not apply to Cindy as an office person. BUT, if they did have OT issues with the visiting nurses, then that may be an indication of other violations. I think Cindy is lying about doing the computer searches and this lawsuit over FLSA violations seems like it could support her testimony.

Ugh...had to mute IS because they are playing the RC interview AGAIN. She sure didnt wait long before being interviewed. She makes me sick. It just reenforces my opinion of what a opprotunistic beyotch she is.

I had read this note before but I just read it again.  The man is in emotional turmoil.  My heart goes out to him.  He is human and imperfect but I can't believe he had a single thing to do with Caylee's demise and he would never have left her there.

I've looked & looked for this video & cannot find it, do you happen to have a link or does anyone know if we have it here on Monkeys? I've heard about that bday party but have not seen the video!

they're saying she looks just like caylee...but i'm not seeing it...maybe resemble some but not a look a like...Caylee was prettier.
