Cindy has a real advantage at this point, to be able to sit in the courtroom and listen. I can't imagine how she can explain away this testimony, but she sure knows what the jury will know.

She cant, even if she lies that someone else in the office used her system, that would be a violation I believe

Agreed, Capp. I just wonder how adamently she'd stick to her story if she were brought in after this guy, not knowing what he testified to.

She will be advised by her attorney to say she was mistaken about the date or moreover if its proven that she deleted the date(s) in question after her daughter's arrest she has nowhere to go with another lie but to try and avoid perjury charges/obstruction of justice....her being a grandmother/mother in this case scenario may prevent those charges being brought otherwise she would be sharing a cell close to Casey before shes shipped off to state prison  IMHO

If the excel sheet was cut in half, they should have put it on legal paper and turned it to landscape. JMO.

ITA w/ you ... but having to deal w/Excel for slicing & dicing it ain't friendly & think these lawyers were overwhelmed

I feel sure this information was extracted from a database and placed into excel to make it more manageable. It was too big to cut anymore. There any many, many tables in a database.

Oh please don't tell me she's going to say she used a different ID.

I don't think she could because most corporations require a the Log-In tied to a specific password. When either is changed for security purposes or reset, both are duly noted and recorded in IT records.

For a brief portion of this trial I actually felt sorry for Cindy...I got teary eyed when she was on the stand and the state played the 3 - 911 calls she placed on July 15th 2008, when "her Caylee" was missing. Don't worry, I got over it quick...

I now believe that Cindy cried on the witness stand, not because she was terrified for Caylee, but because she knows KC killed her daughter, she knew it back then, and Cindy, another "Mother Fucher of the Year," regretted making those 911 calls at all. If Cindy had not reported Caylee missing, we wouldn't be sitting here at our computers right now....poor, poor Caylee...
