What really amazes me is the defense DID NOT think the state was going to get these records? We all no Cindy is a liar but damn Baez look who you are dealing with here!

It's like he's either totally incompetent or he's a genius by making sure she would get a re-trial. And waiting longer might change everything, including losing evidence etc.

NO Cindy did not come and go as part of her job duties, she didnt have an office, she had a cubicle

Hour or a tad longer for lunch - the computer would log itself not necessarily have to log off during a needed break

User name & a personal password used to log in - yes she had to log in when she got to work basically or she couldnt perform her duties

The computer would log out after 15 minutes, they would have to log on again
NO two to three hour lunchs!!!!!
Debbie would do someone's job if they were absent
