why is casey shirt tied in a tiny knot in the back

I mentioned the other day that she does it a lot. Remember the fugly sweater day?....same deal. She has done it since I first saw her on TV re: this case. I used to tie mine on the side, lol.

It was popular to tie them in the back, way back when I was like 19-21! I'm 40 now. LOL.

I have a feeling this recess/deposition isn't going to take very long.  Baez will realize there really isn't anything new and if he pushes it he will be disbarred for sure (although I think he's likely in jeopardy anyway).

Bozo is saying to himself, "now what do I do"
Yep he knows he is up to his neck in alligators.

What he really needs to be concentrating is his closing considering that he unethically put forth serious allegations in his defense opening (which the defense is never obligated to do) that he said he would prove & he has ZELCH in the way of proof, not only on the criminal act of disposing of a body or hiding a body for profit but sexual molestation allegations.   He doesnt give a hoot about his client, never has...he cares about fame & fortune as well as the fact that he lost his case-in-chief, no way around it.   Right now, this is about his ego, he got in trouble with more to come & all he's been concentrating is getting the State in trouble & battling with witnesses by trying to make them suspects with NO SUBSTANTIVE PROOF.  Casey will be convicted, all it is a matter of is if it will be first degree felony murder or second...not even a chance for manslaughter IMHO because he did NOT prove an accident occurred nor did his client offer an explanation 3 years later.   There is a reason she didnt beg to tell the truth upon her initial arrest and now....she is GUILTY

Bozo is saying to himself, "now what do I do"
Yep he knows he is up to his neck in alligators.

maybe he can find a magical reason the judge will believe isn't imaginary...

JP will find out it is imaginary, and my question is, what will he do to him for making this crap up?
Put duct tape on him?

lol...something small I'm sure.

why in the world did i believe things would go as planned? Why did I forget how this evil monster throws one thing after another into the path of this trial? We may be here till the end of July...into August, who knows...the way JP keeps letting baez use his fear of a mistrial... we have no freakin' clue when it will be over. I betcha' baez is also delaying best he can because once this thing is over, there is supposedly some hell to pay for his behavior...that's part of the reason surely.

Anyone know why didn't the Judge say let me see this and see if there is any reason for you to truly be stating this and then make a decision?

And with Gentiva, how were they supposed to know that Slores incubator was going to lie and they would need to rebut her lie?  She never said in 3 years she made those searches on that day when her work records show she was at work.

I thought I heard that DT can also prove she was "banking" the same day or even "with George picking up the car" and therefore will dispute the time records of Gentiva. I wonder how State will handle this---provided it's true?

I even understood all the state wanted to do is rebut certain things that needed rebuttal.  THERE WAS NO BRAIN DUST!!!!!  It is not against protocol to open a skull that doesn't have a brain in it.  They are going to say and prove that Cindy did not make those searches.  There is nothing new and Baez is attacking for no reason.  I don't blame the judge for being upset.  I feel very sorry for those poor jurors, who were assured they would be home for the 4th of July.  Now Baez is seeing imaginary problems and I am glad the judge called it just that IMAGINARY.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Did you hear the judge say they asked for today off?  What nerve.  These people have been sitting there in isolation for eons.   I would be livid and cannot wait until after her guilty verdict to hear how pissed off these jurors were at this crap.

re: opening the skull

I hope the rebuttal expert says that was the norm 30 yrs ago but with new technology over the last ten years or with new studies etc. to show how ancient this guy is in his thinking.  Does he realize its been proven the earth is round?

I don't understand... does this mean I can go back to sleep until noon ET or is there a time that they don't know when the jury will be back.

Thank you Monkeys for your continued help.

I see him talking but all I hear is BLAH BLAH BLAH

pb

Absolutely!

The arguments I heard about the opinions on the skull wash, and not opening the skull seemed to me to be appropriate to be made by those who are going to give them.  And I am by no means knowledgeable in those areas.  Baez is just wasting time!

I hope to goodness the judge doesn't end up granting them "days" to run the same computer tests that the state has had run.  Baez knew Cindy was going to lie, and it's ridiculous to even think that those lies wouldn't have been checked in to!

Day 33: Case against Casey Anthony in recess 'indefinitely'

Casey Anthony in court before the start of Day 33 in her trial at the Orange County Courthouse

The case against Casey Anthony is in an indefinate recess while attorneys continue their work.

The prosecution only had a handful of other witnesses to call a day after Casey Anthony's defense rested in her murder trial without calling her to testify.

Friday started with legal matters regarding time card information & computer documents from Cindy Anthony's employer.  It appears this issue will be central for the rebuttal by the state.  They want to know whether or not Cindy was at work when these chloroform searches occurred.
