SO Cindy's time card report says on March 17th she worked a total of 10 hours. March 21, 2008 it shows she worked for 9.5 hrs.

I don't think Cindy will take the 5th. She likes to explain too much. She had no problem defensing Casey and saying Caylee was alive despite a wall of evidence to the contrary. She'll do it now as well. IMO.

that's what I have been screaming..she knows she can lie and there will be no repurcussions.....so she LIES AND LIED AND LIES...every legal mind I have spoken with said they wouldn't go after her.......they surely would WANT to and certainly have the proof..but the sympathy they would gain would make it an uphill battle. Sure SUCKS!!!

I for one would like to give Baez a standing ovation, he has told the jury that Casey has witnessed the burial of her pets, Caylee was disposed of the exact same way minus the proper burial. Now if I am a juror I know why she borrowed the shovel she was going to bury Caylee in the backyard. Either she got almost caught in the act By George, or she was to lazy to dig a big enough hole. He put this girls mother on the stand and had her lie knowing damn way she was lying and hoped to god that these records would not be allowed in.

That had to be of all the stupid mistakes he has made, the one which will be the most damaging.

I would add that we all owe thanks to Mr. Baez for George's suicide note that should shoot one more hole in the story he gave the jury on day one.  I agree, the testimony given by Cindy around being the one to do the searches is by far, the best way to tell the jurors that Casey committed the muder in a premeditated manner and that her Mom recognized that the searches would nail KC.
