Spooky, Kermit posted this in the previous thread about Andres.  I only copies a portion of the post:

Just thought maybe it would jog something if we put this in some kind of order and figure out why a Pilot & photographer would make

This guy gave more statements than the prime suspect Paulus Van der Sloot.  Why?  Could he have more pictures and is withholding them.  Did he witness something.  Is the ALE pressuring him to keep his mouth shut.  That is an awful lot of statements just because you are a photographer/pilot.

Morning Monks-

I am reminded of what Kermit posted on the FP the other day.

He said that others will be arrested that we have not heard of before. This Andres is someone I have not heard of before last nite... just like everyone else...

This person fits his criteria and Kermit has been saying this for well over a year.

just something else to think about.

Just a quickie from my first glance at Diario this morning - Michael Saladin's 60-day detention apparently has been revoked; he's at home; photo of him with two young children.

Back later with anything else ... looks like something major with the bribery story too.

Of course they revoked his detention because they no longer want to draw attention to what happened to another American.  They are trying to make it look like they are the good guys. Rolling Eyes    Buncha Sneaks and Murderers on that POS island.

I can't make it out very well, but it looks like Saladin is sort of free on something similar to a bond arrangement while awaiting trial ...  Crying or Very sad  a "conditional" release pending court case. Sorry I can't be more confident about this, but translation is always difficult.

It looks like it's missing all of the witness statements, mostly Aruban statements after June 5, 2005.  Go to the bottom of the list and see where it ends that's where they are missing.  It's not in the middle or anything.

The document has the suspect statements first, then other documents, then statements from the MB kids and others taken in the usa, then on to the witness statements taken by ALE.

Morning Monks! Does anybody know whether Koen, Sander, Freddy, and Steve Croes subpoenaed phone records show up on the Kalpoe lawsuit discovery request? TIA

Hey!
I need to ask the collective "we" about something I've just heard.

Is Beth seeing Jon Benet's daddy?
