NOTE:

Kermit posted yesterday, why would an Airline Pilot/Photographer by the name of Andres Meneses have given 7 interviews in a kidnapping/murder case.

I do not see in the Motion to Compel where it's referenced that Andres Meneses is an Airline Pilot/Photographer.  I assumed Kermit had copied that information of Meneses description from the Motion to Compel but I don't see it there.  It's entirely possible the Andres Meneses that we have been looking at, the airline photographer, is not the same one.

LOL - well it's really hard to look through all the documents the way they are in the filing.  I went cross-eyed looking for airline pilot/photographer.

It's not a good sign that Dennis Jacobs is the one taking the statements and so many times. I can't help be suspicious that they were telling this witness what his story SHOULD be in the event an investigator wanting the truth should ask.

These are all statements taken 1 year after the dissapearance. It does say the June 5 2006 is the sixth statement. Could that be true? Who is this guy? This isn't Andre the friend of Joran, is it?

That guy is the media contact so it wont be a 17 year old kid. It could easily be the father. Same name and exact same interests.

So...do we know if this guy was ever questioned in 2005?  Looking back at kermit's post, the dates for some of these interviews would exactly one year apart for some of them.   Seems odd.

His name is listed as Andre Santos on the list...

Andre Santos and Guido Wever were at the casino with Joran the night NH dissapeared. The statements suggest they knew Joran was headed to C&C that night. The Kalpoes stated Steve Croes was at C&C when he should have been watching the Tatoo.

The timeline is so compressed, we have DK home from 2 to 3:30 on the computer and Joran home from 3:20 to 4:30 on the computer. It is possible we have a second group involved. IMO

The picture I found on line of him in Washington, DC, looks very similar to what I found of Joran's friend, Andre.

Sorry for any confusion in my post.

The research I did came up with Andres Meneses as being a photographer and pilot - not the lawsuit document. sorry Klassand for having to go through that long document - when I could have posted earlier, but I was busy over at the other thread posting some pictures of interest.

The lawsuit document specifically states that Andres Meneses made 7 statements - that peeked my interest.

Kermit - thanks..now we have to find an Andres Meneses in Aruba.  These statements were all made in 2006 though.
