I am serious as a heart attack!  I just want that concrete dug up.  Art Woods said the guy seemed uneasy about it when he talked to him.

I would like to know more about that.  Maybe he needs to go on Dana again and we could ask him to expound.  Things like exactly when it was poured and how much and where.

I will never feel that the search was real until that concrete comes up.

Yeah, I am obsessed and can work it into just about any subject.

does anyone know offhand if any of the mobile phones were confiscated or were cell records just checked by that jam-up ALE?  

I don't think ALE knows Jack about computers or celll phones.  Granted, I don't either but I don't pretend to and certainly not cell phones.  I have a little TRAC phone I take in the car with me in case of emergency and all I know how to do is make a phone call on it.

Deepak worked at the Internet Cafe.  Something tells me he could do a lot with either of those things including make wireless connections.

Anna, actually South America was into 2G and 3Gen wireless when we were just moving into 2G here in the US, I worked heavily in that area globally from 99 through 2002. Metro can verify this also for us, trust me, they had phones with data capabilities all over that island I feel sure.

What if they brought him and his pics in to ask about different things he may have seen or taken pics of as their investigation went on?  Like, they ask him about the Lighthouse, then the beach, then the..........  He may have seen something that he thought was shady or related to the case and got them interested.

No, they just called Charles Croes and he told them everything they needed to know about the cellphone activities of the guys.

Something ALE wouldn't even know to look for.  Or pretend to.

They don't have the real phone records I guess is what I am getting at because they had some wireless thingy going that didn't show up on the billable phone records.

I have a question about the 171.doc as we seem to call it.   How did Dr. Phil's group know this existed?  Who told them all these statements had been written down?

My guess is in the case, the Dr. Phil people were allowed to get a list from an attorney in Aruba.  Remember, supposidly all of the suspects and witnesses are supposed to have the full dossier.  They could have gotten from KJ for all I know.

SB I do love the gator in your sig line, I made a similar remark to someone bragging they had always been a Gator fan just that they hadn't been to a game in about 20 years, so I said "well everyone is a gator fan NOW"   I don't think he liked it !  

Anna even now my data record doesn't come across my billing with specific routing, just airtime, that's all   They would need to do forensics on the phone to determine where it had traveled on the web.

You are correct, Anna.  I know a guy that has all sorts of things he piggy backs off other people's wireless connections.  He's really good at it too.  He has satellite and internet and doesn't pay a cent for it.
