I don't know what is with me today, but I am crying all morning to freaking reality show.  Watching Kitchen Nightmares while I wait for corurt to start and every 5 minutes I am having to wipe my eyes, for Gordon Ramsay, not normal.  I need their to be justice for Caylee Marie. 

Please jury see through the putz crap and see what KC is and do the right thing for Caylee.  I would just die if they acquit her.

Good morning monkeys.  This is what we've waited for.  Jeff and/or Linda will bring the jury to their knees.  Baez will have them wondering if they are on Candid Camera or Punk'd.  The professionalism, skill and believability of both sides are not even close.  I think Baez will anger the jury by insulting their intelligence.

Look how long it's taken to get to this point, don't loose your faith now! 

Keep that positive frame of mind and don't project.  This is for Caylee.

I seriously doubt they'll aquitt her, but if they do, rest assured, it's just a matter of time before she winds up back in custody- the authorites are hip to her and her b/s, just like OJ.

Lawyers get last chance to sway jurors in Casey Anthony trial

(Reuters) - Closing arguments in the murder trial of Casey Anthony, accused of killing her toddler daughter Caylee, are set to begin on Sunday when prosecutors and defense lawyers get a last chance to sway the jury.
When they are done, the sequestered jury will receive instructions from Judge Belvin Perry and retreat to a private room to decide on a verdict without hearing directly from Casey, 25, who chose not to testify in her own defense.

Everything Baez did was to distract the focus away from the facts.

He made an intense opening statement and failed to deliver. 

I can't see the jury buying into anything he said.  The prosecutions case was all laid out, their witnesses had their info together and they were credible.

Baez's witnesses were too old, too young, too drunk- they just weren't convincing.

I am praying for justice today. I really need to see justice. If she gets away with this I will just give up on justice. No one is behind bars for Haleigh, Hailey, Kyron and Zahra Baker's dad is free an on and on. Are our children just disposable?

Will Casey Anthony get the Death Penalty if Judge Likes New Ruling?
New ruling could be considered in high profile trial

In his 94-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Jose Martinez found that Florida's capital punishment rules are flawed.

In more legal terms, the Miami judge declared that the state’s death penalty is “unconstitutional because jurors are not required to make findings beyond a reasonable doubt on the aggravating factors that can increase a guilty defendant's sentence from life to death," the ruling stated.

“The defendant has no way of knowing whether or not the jury found the same aggravating factors as the judge," Martinez wrote in the ruling.

Indeed, the judge, unaware of the aggravating factor or factors found by the jury, may find an aggravating circumstance that was not found by the jury.”

Martinez said the Florida Supreme Court has not found that the state’s method of imposing capital punishment violates the Constitution, even in light of the 2002 U.S. Supreme Court decision he is citing.

Whether or not Chief Judge Belvin Perry, who has been presiding over the Casey Anthony case for the past 33 days, will follow the new ruling is yet to be seen, but he could attempt to modify jury instructions to comply with the decision, according to legal analysts.

“What this means is that death penalty cases in Florida could be challenged because it addresses fairness,” said Rob Lowell, a defense attorney in Atlanta, Ga.
