I have a friend who lives in Orange County Florida who said they had a friend so this is just rumor....But late in 2004 Lee got someone who was married pregnant and she told Lee she would have the baby if he wanted to raise it. Lee went to his parents and asked for their help, Cindy refused, so the woman had an abortion, this would explain why Lee felt angry with his parents mainly Cindy.. The girl had an abortion, a few months later Casey was pragnant with Caylee

I came into this late - beginning of the trial so I'm definitely still playing catch up - I just googled and can't find anything.  My gosh I swear you guys know more about this case then the attorneys do!  Thank you dear!

I swear the Prosecutors had/have someone here reading SM because this is the first place I read someone post about Caylee learning to talk & would tell about her mom's lies and now I hear Jeff Ashton say it.

Also, I think the defense should wrap it up with Caylee singing "You are my sunshine".

That would be so heart breaking hearing that little child singing and knowing what happened to her.

I just feel the jury should hear her sweet voice.  This would be her speaking from beyond.  And you are right, it would be heart breaking.  It breaks my heart everytime I see Caylee in her Pappa's arms wrapped around her and protecting her and then knowing that was the last time anyone ever hugged her and loved her.  It is so sad.

I hope Linda puts up the close up of Caylee in the pink T-shirt with the bruise below her eye.. and compares it to the You Are My Sunshine video.

Jeff made the point clearly that Caylee was beginning to communicate as the motive. Put that little child's words up, from her own mouth and let her communicate with the jury in her own words and sweet voice: "You'll never know how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away."

Yep..let them hear her sweet little voice the very last day of her life..let them see she understood the human condition better then her Muther when she asks PAPA TIRED?    Then let them see her battered face in the little shirt she was found in..the battered face from a few months prior..the tshirt that proclaimed to the world she was a problem to her Muther.

Was the "You are my Sunshine" video admitted into evidence?  If not, I don't think they can use it.  I'd want them to use it too, so I hope it was...and maybe I've just forgotten.

I have to agree on that if juror 5 wasn't looking at Ashton then it was to keep from crying her/his self. I swear Ashton almost broke down a time or two on his own and that made me cry even more then what i was crying. so I can believe a juror wouldnt be looking.

I dont think any of them were almost asleep though. was probably trying hard not to show their emotions to the public

I sincerely hope so. He has somebody very good in his life. Mallory & her family are good people. I researched them to no end. They're truly good sweet people, the kind everybody would like to have in their lives.

I am so glad to know this. I hope Mallory and Lee have a strong and lasting relationship. I hope Lee stays strong and if children come along, he continues to stay as far away from Cindy as possible.

Tara Hawkins who went to Michigan and got married.  Lee posted about it on ?MySpace?.  I didn't know about raising the child.  It would make sense.

Well, if that's the case, Cindy can live with the shame of having a hand in the deaths of 2 of her grandchildren. IMO, SinSin doesn't deserve another chance....

Yea and how much money did the Anthonys solicit and spend that was donated by people who wanted to help find Caylee, an alive Caylee and how much money do they all stand to make off of Caylee's death per books and movie deals, etc., perhaps they need to give that to the state of FL. JMO

That is why I think they need to be prosecuted for the lies. When found guilty they will not be able to profit off of this.
