Judge Perry says there is no evidence that Lee Anthony or George Anthony molested Casey Anthony.

The defence is going to go down and ... justice for Caylee Marie will prevail if Judge Perry gives the Casey Anthony case to the jury to deliberate.

The judge will instruct the jury that there is NO evidence that George or Lee sexually molested Casey. Baez and Mason cannot argue it.

When my son was little my momma use to rock him and sing that song..she lived in Illinois and we in La. but she made ALOT of extended visits. When he got old enough to start verbalizing he would ask for "shunshine" when being held when she was not here, so that song has alot of meaning for me for that reason as my momma has passed, well as for Caylee. Everytime I hear her sing it I think of my sweet, precious son at that age and it just makes me so angry to think of what she did to that precious little angel!

Mother explained she also had problems.  Probably did not think it was important since she also prob had some of the same problems.  you just never know.  I didn't go until I was engaged!
