Smiling is now not allowed in court..glad JP couldn't see him...Jeff needs to get his poker face on.

It did look like he was laughing at one point but I looked at rerun and he (Ashton) is smiling with hand over face

Well heck we've seen JP do that too before..it's almost impossible to sit and listen to this fool talk for 2 hours straight withut atleast breaking a smile. 

Oh now Bill S is dissappointed in Ashton..but Baez shuldn't have done it the way he did.

Plus..Poster and Visual Aids Baez has the courtroom blocked with his memorbilia so I doubt the Judge or jury saw it..I hope they spank Baez for this.

He was really trying earlier, but Baez just gets more and more ridiculous..  I'd probably have laughed OUT LOUD.  Ashton did not.. from what they said on WFTV, it wasn't audible.. mostly just a broad smile and making some shaking of his body? Like quietly laughing?

Ashton's been subject to this on and on and on of Baez's and I guess he just past the point of human endurance!

I saw it, Jeff broke into a smile and was covering his mouth-Baez lost his cool over it, made a fool of himself

His hand was clearly over his face & CJBP has done the same himself....what BOZO did was totally inappropriate    I disagree with Bill Schaeffer on this

Will the jurors really believe that IF George had ANYTHING to do with the duct tape found on and near little Caylee that he would have kept that roll of duct tape, used it on the gas can, and taken it to use on the missing posters?

The fact that is was used after tells me that he didn't know duct tape would be found or connected to this case.

I'm back but will not win mother of the year award.  The bike came assembled and with training wheels.  I told my son he could practice riding fast for a day so we can take the training wheels off tomorrow and I will help him then.


Sounds like I did not really miss anything.   I must say when Baez said he understood Cindy not telling the truth, being in deniel out of guilt, I got angry.   KC is so used to lying and blaming others, to hear someone else lie and blame others for her must make her so happy.

JP has been a lot tougher on JA than he's ever been on Bozo.  I know twice I've heard him tell Jeff to 'sit down, Mr. Ashton'.  He's never spoken to Bozo that way.  I hope this is one time when he doesn't tread lightly with Bozo and really lets him have it.
