Please let Perry put BAEZ in contempt right here and now.  There is no way that BAEZ should be allowed to tarnish the STATE in front of the jury calling the STATE, LE's ME's liars.

Talk about prejudice.

In my opinion, Bozo should not be allowed to say 'fantasy' science.  Didn't the instructions say no derogatory terms describing each others' opinions or witnesses?

How can one side have repeated violations (the Defense) and the STATE (one) and this be treated the same. BAEZ has done nothing but trash Perry's rules. How can it possibly be considered the same?
IMO, the Judge holds the Prosecution to a much higher standard than he does the defense.  And it's irritating as all get out.

Jeff did screw this up.  He should not have been smiling.  I'm not siding with Baez.  He did worse by reacting the way he did.  I'm upset that Baez was smacked 8 times with no problems.
