I doubt it because it wouldn't be fair to the state- the defense would "win", and where would they possibly find another jury to re try this case?  JP's taking this all in and is considering his options.

Yup, he may be busy with a 'new" client, BAEZ!!

Along with George and Cindy. And as bad as it hurts to type it, I wouldn't be surprised to see "it" get a not guilty verdict from this jury---and the rest of the bunch end up in prison. Isn't that the way it usually goes? What IS heartbreaking-I don't think Caylee ever had anyone in her life that really loved her.

That's what I'm watching...not so much her, unless it's a reaction to something one of her lawyers say to her, but the facial expressions of the DT. This is so serious, I can't believe JA would do this at this stage of the game.
