Biaz was just eating huble pie because he knows the State has let hm get by with doing alot worse......I hope and pray Biaz messes up agai and gets thrown out of the court room....That would just make my day.....he can clearly see now tat the Judge isnt playing and it has taken the wind out of his sails......Ashton admitted he was wrong which is more then Casey has ever done.........On with this trial so we can here that guilty verdict and see Casey lead away to her new home forever.........

This means, I suppose, that deliberations can't start until tomorrow?  The attorneys have apparently not agreed on the jury instructions yet although JBP says that is his fault for not making them come in on Saturday afternoon.  That adds another 24 hours minimum to this agony.  No telling what kind of sanctions Jeff will face also...I agree that JP has been much harder on Jeff than on Bozo.
