How ironic is it that an "ASSCLOWN" would call another the laughing man. Sorry, had to say it. I am just over listening to the DEFENSE for one day.

My husband believes she's guilty, but will get either off or a lesser sentence, because of lack of physical evidence. I guess we shall see. I hope he's wrong.

This entire closing argument by the defense has been such a kerfuffle. I hate Jose Baez. I hate him I hate him I hate him. If Casey walks I will lose complete faith in humanity.

In my other life, as a child protective service worker, there were MANY times I wanted to hug a child, even hold them on my lap and rock them.  I have also wanted to hug a several of the parents, especially when one would choose to put the child's best interest above their own.   But I honestly believe I only did so a time or two.  We know in our professional hearts that some things can be misconstrued,  important cases could be thrown out.   

I honestly think the defense team has been over solicitous of KC and the physical demonstrations are wrong. 

I can tell you stories where I have gone home and cried for hours, even one case where I wondered how we would manage to drive home.  But some lines you cannot cross.
