I think the judge is covering his mouth so he does not burst out and tell Mr. Mason to STFU!!! Why is he going over the jury instructions? The judge will do that. Shut up mr. Mason.

I'm not kidding here, mumbles speech on "we are on the verge of the 4th of July," reminds me of a speech I gave at a debate tournament when I was in high school and that was, trust me, decades and decades ago.

If I was on the jury I would want to finish this portion taday..give the verdict tonight..and listen to the mitgation tomorrow and then tomorrow night give her LWOP.
