i honestly think we are going to have a verdict tomorrow night, i know im in the minority with that opinion but i think the circumstantial evidence is completely overwhelming and common sense is going to rule the jury room.

I agree, as long as juror number 4 doesn't throw a wrench it in.

Omg don't think I can take anymore.  Honestly I was so excited to be able to see this today.  I have missed all of the trial and only would get on here and read all of what everyone posted here.   I don't know how all of you have watched this (the DT) for these 6 weeks.

If he would shut up and sit down..and Linda does do her finish tonight..I can honestly see them requesting dinner and then starting deliberation..what else have they got to do..they want to go home..

lilme, I was quite upset that my boss forbid me to listen to the trial while working. Now, after watching this, I feel like hugging and thanking her!!!

 ::snipping2::

It is crazy how most men say innocent where woman say guilty, How many men are on the jury again?

 ::snipping2::

Corrections 101:  Men have been raised to respect women, to hold them in an honorable position. No matter what a woman says or does, men have been taught never to strike them.

Men despise ( and seldom do) convict women in parity with women.

Now then, this is just my positive thinking: I have hoped that when the older generation left this world and baby boomers reached the age of retirement, this body of men would be more compliant to "equal under the law" regarding women, than their predecessors.

BUT,  I agree, men still convict women less than they do men.

Oooh! Who's the guy that played Rock?

Sorry I hit post too fast.

Charles S. Dutton could play Judge Perry!

I'll throw Cuba Gooding Jr.'s name in the pot.

I love Cuba Gooding Jr.! He's such a good actor. I remember watching Boys in the Hood in the movies & thinking wow he's gonna be famous. Then he was great in many more, especially Jerry Macguire & Tuskeegee Airmen.

Forest Whittaker, maybe.

He is a deputy working for the court.

Hallelujah dear God BAEZ is done.

I will say this and in a way I actually blame Judge Perry. JP should have stopped this in the AM when BAEZ made comments about the STATE and kept getting slapped down for paragraph 5 violations.

You saw BAEZ was more respectful after the big slap down this afternoon.

Judge Perry could have nipped this in the bud and instead allowed BAEZ to continue until it all exploded.

Actually, they should make the penalty for any instruction violation of subtracting 15 minutes from their time.  That would be fair IMO.
