i honestly think we are going to have a verdict tomorrow night, i know im in the minority with that opinion but i think the circumstantial evidence is completely overwhelming and common sense is going to rule the jury room.

Omg don't think I can take anymore.  Honestly I was so excited to be able to see this today.  I have missed all of the trial and only would get on here and read all of what everyone posted here.   I don't know how all of you have watched this (the DT) for these 6 weeks.
lilme, I was quite upset that my boss forbid me to listen to the trial while working. Now, after watching this, I feel like hugging and thanking her!!!
I have just been too busy to watch during work in and out of office too much, but yes I think you owe her a big hug!

Saw a few people post about a Sheriff in the gallery.. the black man.

Who is he and what does he have to do with this???   THanks
He is a deputy working for the court.

No, he is Sheriff Jerry Demmings, the Sheriff for Orlando.
Thanks.  I thought he was the one holding the door earlier.

The ONLY reason I disagree is because the jury might feel ashamed to return so quickly.

I am ready to go weed another flower bed..Foghorn this is a huge waste..huge waste..if you don't truly have something to add then less is more..now the jury will give her whatever just because they can't stand their ears bleeding from the defense.

Will the state get to finish tonight?

I hope Linda starts fresh in the morning!  Let the jurors hear her right before they start their deliberations.

I will not light any candles other than to light them burning bright FOR CAYLEE

Let freedom be denied!
Also As a proud American of Italian ancestry I agree lock her ass up

And I'd like to add as a proud American of Italian ancestry I think the Lucchese family should handle her.

::snipping2::

It is crazy how most men say innocent where woman say guilty, How many men are on the jury again?
::snipping2::

Corrections 101:  Men have been raised to respect women, to hold them in an honorable position. No matter what a woman says or does, men have been taught never to strike them.

Men despise ( and seldom do) convict women in parity with men.

Now then, this is just my positive thinking: I have hoped that when the older generation left this world and baby boomers reached the age of retirement, this body of men would be more compliant to "equal under the law" regarding women, than their predecessors.

BUT,  I agree, men still convict women less than they do men.

Family in Ky would say "he talks like he has a mouth full of chit".  What is he saying that Baez didn't already cover?

I think KC is very fortunate Mason was not the lead attorney.

he, he, we do say that a lot here don't we?

Listening to you is even less fun than listening to the DNA information.   I will ask this again, ( being facetious ) do these people not know how they sound and that people turn them off?
