I bet the jury asks for dinner after that and then request to start deliberations...they have been there 6 weeks..they want to go home to their families.  I bet we have a verdict tonight if they deliberate tonight.

Tomorrwo the mitigation..tomorrow night I think we will have the sentence..and the jurors can then go home.

WOW, the day I've been waiting on, and after Baez get's up, I dozed off and woke up to recess before Mason.  Lord how boring. I pray the jury wakes when LDB gets up like I'm waiting for.  I really had no idea I'd waste and entire holiday sunday watching t.v. and sleeping!  Then again, I do feel so sorry for the jurors!  At least I CAN walk away.   My family gave up on me for the day.

that is so true.  We were taught that the last thing a child hears he does.  So, instead of saying do not run, say walk.   Mason is hypnotizing the sleeping, bored, disgusted jury into hearing "guilty"

Okay, it is officially 100 degrees in the motor home and I am still sitting here, watching the trial. Swig of tea, wet cloth wipe down, readjust the fan...

Repair appointment Thursday. Hope I can last that long.

Depends..JP could tell them that's it for today..or he may ask them if they want to get started.  I still think he'll ask them if they want to deliberate tonight yet..depending on how long Linda goes.  They can have dinner brought in  to them...I hope they do it tonight.  If they say they want to start tonight then I think that is a sign they are ready to go and the verdict will come quickly.
