I Atticus, I love them all, but Scout brought it all home for me.   Walking hand and hand with Mr. Radley.  Tearing up here.   It takes a lot of hutzpah to compare oneself to prototypes.  I would have immediately discounted anything Mason said.

Oh boy this is going to haunt the DEFENSE that they went as long as they did today. They thought they were going to have the STATE doing their rebuttal with a tires and uncaring jury. These folks obviously had jury fatigue.

NO WAY JOSE.

The jury will hear LDB all wide eyed and bushy tailed first thing in the AM. This is damning to the DEFENSE.

The STATE now gets over night to refine her closing.

Going to complete the charge conference tonight.  Tomorrow morning the State will be allowed their rebuttal then the jurors will get read the instructions and start deliberations.

Thank God for DVR!  I'll record and scroll through the important parts tomorrw. I need at least one day of a 3 day weekend.  POOR Jurors!  But they will be fresh for LDB!  I don't want them dozing while she's talking because the defense put them to sleep with blah, blah, blah all day, plus it gives her more time to get even better prepared.....  I think it's a great call, maybe not for us, but for justice!

After the long drawn out closing statements of the defence ... Linda is probably very tired and hungry also.  I am thankful for Judge Perry's decision not to continue today.

This is great for the defense. LDB will come out smoking tomorrow and have time to prepare to deal with all confusion that Defense tried to do today.

Once again the jury will get a well thought out laser focussed closing and appreciate it.
