Recess until Perry returns. End of charge conference expected tonight still. We will continue to stream. State resumes closings at 8:30 a.m.

They and ClickOrlando still have their cameras up. Are they coming back?  CJBP said the court was at ease, not in recess.

cw618    Do you really think there are that many people taken with the book and characters?  I hope so, I hope that the people are not only turned off by Mason comparing himself to Atticus Finch, but the realize there are innocent people who need protection (Boo /Caylee )

i do,my 14yr old watched it 3mo ago and wanted to talk about it, a book and movie with power for the innocent people who need protection

People visiting Suburban Dr and Hopespring Dr today....including James Hoover "Come by to say goodbye to Caylee"

52 no parking signs went up all along Hopespring Dr & Suburban today, deputies will be on horseback beginning tomorrow WFTV report http://www.wftv.com/caseytriallive1/index.html

If my child or grandchild was murdered in my house or died by a pool accident I would have to sell that house I  could not live in it and go room to room seeing where she/he had been.. I sure wouldnt keep a pool if they drowned. But to be honest if something had happened to my son when he was little I would of been in a mental institute cause I wouldnt be able to handle it.

I could not bring myself to stay in that "haunted" house. I can't believe the Anthony's have no family or friends to help them out. They need to be in a motel or somewhere not known by the public. They are still enjoying the swimming pool, etc. I just can't imagine. It is just creepy.

What say you all about the fact that she wore the same shirt today?  Was it a stunt by the duhfense?  If so, I can only think of a few reasons:

1)  They want to make her appear indigent to garner sympathy from the jury.

2)  Dressing her in the same color (yellow -- which is somewhat similar to prison orange) to have the jurors envision her as an inmate, which again could be a ploy to garner sympathy.

...or perhaps it's just as simple as the fact that it's Sunday and the criminal clothing closet was closed for the day?   Either way, it's bizarre.
'
I think it was cause the clothes closet was closed on Sunday now if she comes in wearing samething tomorrow then we will know its a ploy to make her look crazy or lazy

Actually, it will probably be closed again tomorrow for the holiday...

Well, for any who had questions if Jose Baez was in it for himself-greed-money-dolla-dolla-bill yall.... or if he really believed in Casey's "innocence" and her life...

I think the 'cut the cheese' joke sealed it.

Classless rogue loser.

Complete joke.

I predict he will go down in history, but not the way he would like to be remembered. Thank God the defense is done.

ITA.  Too bad the earth is not flat.  Then he and Geraldo could set sail in that boat...and go right off the edge.

Wow, never thought about this happening,  but makes sense!  Anthony's will be in hell tonight, for more reasons than one!  Wish I could be there.  We need that webcam for the night.  Lord, can you imagine if she is found Not Guilty (GOD FORBID)?  She'd have to go in hiding for life!

Klaas - Thank you and all the mods for all you do!

Do you know of a Twitter to sign up with that gives the 20-30 minute alert that the jury is ready with a verdict?  I heard it mentioned but I have no idea where it was!

Just my personal opinion, SinSin called the police when she saw the gathering crowds.

Be back later, taking a dip in the pool & BQ some steaks...gotta unwind

Basically, LKB was dead wrong again....strategy to exhaust the jury BACKFIRED, the State goes in tomorrow morning fresh & completely organized as usual.   It will be the last thing the jury will hear before instructions.   Evil will not conquer, Justice will be served for Caylee

Happy 4th of July everyone!

Agree Capp! Enjoy the steaks.

The ANT BOMB will be dropped tomorrow. We will all be celebrating our freedoms. Casey's will be taken away forever.

The irony is rich. -Judge Strickland

Here's to you, Madon, for reiterating the same stupid stuff Baez said & making the jury bored outta their skulls. Here's to thinking you helped to convict her. Thank you. Salute!

The Preacher
2 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
1 splash(es) Amaretto
Ginger Ale
Combine in a highball glass filled with ice.

Hey titch~

Do you have one for the Nodding Monkey?     ZZZzzzzzz

Titch, you need to create a Drink Recipe thread.  The drinks you've posted, I've never heard of, but they sound good!  Needed those ALONG time ago!

Oh that sounds good Titch.

I just made limeade with black cherry juice and vodka...let's get er dun!

I have the Mixology App on my phone. My husband teases me bc we've never had SOOO much alcohol in the house til this trial started. Serious. I would just buy beer or stuff to make mixed drinks, then use it up over time. Now we have a full blown stocked bar lmao!

Well then, if that's the case and she wears the same shirt again, then Jazzy has the right idea about a ploy.  Because surely the duhfense would bring her something else to wear.  I could see them not knowing the first time, but a second time?  Pure ploy.

Here's the plan.

We will have a CLOSING ARGUMENTS DAY 2 thread for tomorrow morning.  After the judge reads the instructions to the jury, I will lock that thread and we will move to the DELIBERATIONS AND VERDICT thread (probably tomorrow afternoon)

Sounds good!!!!!   Thank you!
