Casey was like 15 I think they said in the top pic. Prosecution objected to it so Judge Perry made the Defense replace it with a pic that more represented her age when Caylee died. Notice her hair in that 1st pic. I think we now know why the floozy grew her hair out. It was to represent that picture and have the jurors relate to what she looks like now. They would have shown some mercy on her bc they'd think she was younger. False representation.

I have no idea why Mr. Sheaffer has been taking the "softsoap" approach to Mr. Baez of late---but, one can only speculate.  It's interesting, however.

Really now?  Did he object?  How did that go down?

I was thinking myself when I first saw it that it was a silly ploy to make her look young and innocent.
first they tried to cover it with paper and tape.. seconds thoughts said bad idea.
