Just looked in my mailbox and found a sympathy card from my vet over the death of Happy dog early Wed. AM> He was 15, a recused dog and my buddy for 14 years.

Here's a poem that the Vet included and I think it applies to Caylee and those who have gone before us

I must leave first to make the way
For you to follow me someday.
Beyond the sunset where all pain ends
We'll meet again, the best of friends.

Just as I snugged in your heart
You're in mine too; we aren't apart.
I watch you from afar and pray
It's time to heal, heal some each day.

Please dry those tears and smile for me
And know at last I am free.
There is no pain or suffering here
The sun shines brightly everywhere.

There isn't even one cross look
It's not allowed here in HIS book.
No clouds of gray will gather here
No storms foreboding will ever threaten.
We are at total peace here now
And time is the bridge to me in Heaven.

It's amazing how attached we can get to our pets, and how strong the bond can be. I had a dog a few years ago who was strong as an ox, but had some health problems. One day I got home from work and he was nowhere to be found. I immediately knew something was wrong, and I started searching up and down the road and in the ditches to see if he had been hit by a car. The next night I had a dream that he was dead and I could see exactly where he was. The next morning I woke up remembering the dream and walked straight to where I dreamed he was. I buried him there.

He refused to fall on the sword, but did he agree to let Bobo beat on him to keep KC from death?
So hard for me to tell sometimes what is real or not with these people
Cindy seemed pissed when she testified the very first time, but when KC had her meltdown.. she seemed to give in
Or are they so damned conniving that they have all been behind the scenes scheming??

From last I heard of Bill S., he said he didn't believe the defense made any points.
However that was over an hour ago, when my internet connection went out for an hour..
I hate that.....Got dsl.

Bozo did all he could for the murdering slore....he is hated by millions and has lied and mislead and misconstued (Caseys word) what other did or didnt do. Casey was Lucky to find him is what I say,even though its gonna be all for his own benefit someday still he did do the best he could with what he had and for that she should be thankful. Its alot more then Caylee ever had.....When this is all over I hope Casey has to look at a picture of Caylee every day and know that God blessed her with this beautiful baby girl and shen just threw her a way and for that she wil burn in Hell for the rest of her life!!!

Cindy and Baez knew that the prosecution would obtain records from Gentiva that would reveal that Cindy was at work on the day of the searches.  It was all a ploy to support Baez opening statement and closing arguments that Casey pathological ongoing lies was a learned behavior ... learned from parents who had no qualms about lying under oath in a court of law to further an agenda of protecting their daughter.

I am sure she has been called worse.

Isn't is amazing though that its Baez and the defense actually calling Casey a slut ,,, not the STATE like Baez was saying in the first place.

I think BAEZ has a loser of a defense when he says othered lied when the JURY certainly knows and belives all the lies that CASEY has done since day one when she claimed Caylee was kidnapped.

When you have the big liar, its impossible to make others bigger liars.

Bozo did all he could for the murdering slore....he is hated by millions and has lied and mislead and misconstued (Caseys word) what other did or didnt do. Casey was Lucky to find him is what I say, even though its gonna be all for his own benefit someday still he did do the best he could with what he had and for that she should be thankful. Its alot more then Caylee ever had.....When this is all over I hope Casey has to look at a picture of Caylee every day and know that God blessed her with this beautiful baby girl and shen just threw her a way and for that she wil burn in Hell for the rest of her life!!!

Call me slow, but I've never thought of it that way!  Not just Casey, but WE are all so lucky that he is her duhfense attorney.

Can you imagine how much more angry we would all be if she actually had a really good attorney?  Man, would that suck.

Aggravated Child Abuse is a Murder 1 charge, so conviction could still be rendered death or LWOP.

IBE..Thank you for shring this with us.  It is very calming and reassuring.  I truly believe Caylee is up in Heaven with Our Father and having fun. 

Tomorrow when Linda closes this case..the jury will begin deliberations.  July 4th is fitting for Caylee to get her freedom and her justice that she so rightly deserves.  I believe by tomorrow evening ..if not before we will ave a verdict of guilty for murder 1.

I believe they can mitigate until the cows come home..but when they finally sit back down they will hear she gets LWOP. 

I pray the jury sees she is not redeemable..this wasn't some fluke of hers..this was something so insignificant she went on with her movie plans, party plans, tattoo plans..never missing a beat.  She is evil incarnate to me..she is souless and needs to be put away from our society so she can not bring harm again.

My 81 yr old mother just called to say the whole family are weirdos.
She couldnt believe that Cindy can sit there writing and feels bad for George but he is weird too because that mistress was so ugly.. She said KC did it, kill her and end this already..She thinks Jeff is brilliant ...Go Mom!!

I have tried looking it up to see but only found fines that could be owed in these cases but logically I would think it would be up to 5 yrs for each account and I remember JP listing off 8 items that could be considered Aggravating child abuse. I will list them and if I am wrong I apologize up front

1. 3 pieces of Duct tape over mouth and nose (this would be 3 charges 1 charge for each stripe)
2. body in trunk {I read a while back they believed she was alive when placed in trunk) Judge Strickland made this conclusion which i pray he was wrong and Caylee was already dead
3 body in garbage bags 2 accounts here
4.Body put in laundry bag
5. Body thrown out in swampy area (like garbage)
This is just the ones that can be proven
6 would of been the chloroform being given to her but no proof that it was given we can only guess that it was.

Thats right.....Bozo did whatever could be done...called out all stops and tried with everything in him to present her case in a way that would leave some form of doubt in the juries mind......she was lucky......some wouldnt have worked that hard for a lying slore like Casey......
