Just remembered....SURELY...tomorrow's closing arguments will point out those drawings Dominic Casey made of where he searched and will point out to the juror's where the poles are and how "tiny" a car looks in that photo and explain just how "far" "away" from Caylee's remains Dominic was actually searching.  Surely!

I'm hoping they point that out too!

Did you already read (or see the picture) where Baez hugged the slut his client when he finished his closing today?  I'm still mad about it!

 

Yesssss, I saw that picture.  I didn't hear, but do hope that the jury was "out" of the court room.

I have a question I know one of you will be able to answer.

Why wasn't the bug in the trunk tested for DNA?

My guess is thereisnt enough DNA in 1 bug.. they usually have several and do a type of blenderizing to obtain enough of a sample

They also have to be the "first" feeders and not newly hatched ones which with the time frame those were.

He let Jeff get to him.. lucky they both didnt get kicked out or jailed.. but it was funny

I had watched Ashton laughing, smiling, shaking his head, making eye gestures and was telling him thru my pc to stop it or Judge Perry was going to nail him. You could tell when bozo would see him because he would get ticked off and loose his train of thought after looking at Ashton. Ashton came back from watching the video like a chastised puppy but I love him anyway.

My thoughts... Bozo has admitted Caylee died on June 16 at her home. The pro's state she died from tape over her mouth/nose.
I push aside all the bs and it boils down to this for me. bozo admits she died in her home on June 16 and casey knew it. From the pro's, The tape over the mouth and nose prove it wasn't a drowning. Casey waiting 3 yrs to say she drowned proves that to be a lie. PC searches show premeditation. All the rest is smoke and mirrors. Please let the jury see it the same way.

Baez was so ridiculous Ashton couldn't help it!
All that hard work the prosecution did for Caylee and Baez called it make believe! With all that magical thinking, imaginary problems and poptartin, I cracked up too. All we can do is laugh at this point at Bozo.

Basically, LKB was dead wrong again....strategy to exhaust the jury BACKFIRED, the State goes in tomorrow morning fresh & completely organized as usual.   It will be the last thing the jury will hear before instructions.   Evil will not conquer, Justice will be served for Caylee

I got to see a few minutes of Jeff and he was awesome - but I'll be sure to watch the entire video as I want to see it all.

I also got to see the choice moment that Bozo yelled in court about the laughing man.  Ha.  Then, the other moments I was was Jeff and Bozo apologizing.  So I saw a few of the important parts. 

Also, saw Mason get up ther and I didn't bother with that.

So glad that Linda will give her closing argument in the morning....jurors will b fresh and alert!

I'm getting excited to see what the final outcome will be.

Oh..I also saw a few minutes of Bozo ripping up George the dad for not doing everything he could for KC, Cindy did everything she could....Hello?....I thought Bozo was telling the jury that George was a bad guy for not perjuring himself.  Wonder if anyone else took it the way I did?

I did see that part and I was astonished! I think Baez was being sincere in his outrage about George not following the defense's script. How dare George just tell the truth about a daughter who killed his Grandaughter and has proclaimed him as a child molester! Geeeezz......

I think the Anthony's testimony is all a scam which was supposed to get her off and to make money off a book. I don't believe a word either George or Cindy said.

Did Bill Sheaffer work today?  I haven't yet see a nightly recap he does - I always love to watch it.

I had him on today during breaks and he was driving me nuts.  He kept saying tath Bobo was personable and charming, then said he was diappointed in Jeff for chuckling, but never said that about Bobo, not even while Bobo is screaming at the jurors about George being the only possibly person who could have done this. 

I know he is just being professional or whatever, but come no.  I had to mute him out today and I usually like him.

Now there is a body language expert that says 3 jurors are on DT side?  I don't know how much more I can take.

Bozo seemed to admit to me today at various point, but then he argued it anyway, that a.  She was there when caylee died.  b.  Taht caylee was in the trunk, but then fought it tooth and nails, and c.  That she should be charged with improper disposal of a body, dumping body in swamp. 

With all the drama that is what I got out of his crap today?  Anybody else?
