I thought of something yesterday that I hope can't happen. I thought of a way KC *might* be able to get a new trial. Could she possibly get a new trial if she "admits" to a sexual relationship with Baez during all those office visits? I hope not, but it crossed my mind. What do you all think? Thanks.

They are discussing Jury Instructions and how they will be fashioned.  JP doesn't sound happy that they have waited until now to agree on some changes.

It would also appear wants it writing as to what was agreed on rather than just a verbal to have on the record so that no one later says, we did not agree to that. Will be doing that at lunch.

Regardless of whether it happened or not, I think she will say it did just for the attention.  Either for a new trial or a book.

I don't think we'll see Finnel again until after verdict for the mitigation/penalty phase.

Some talking heads were saying it was odd that she was there one day last week.  They said usually the person doing the mitigation phase of the trial doesn't come into play until then because you don't want the jury confusing them with the guilt phase ...IDK
