The state still has about 3 hours to do their closing....I'm thinking Ashton will get back up , then Mr George, then Linda will bring it home... Which ever way they do it I pray that ICA does not walk or get a lesser charge. I want it to be 1st degree murder premeditated even if she gets LWOP.. If she was to get a lesser charge she'd only get like 20 yrs with time served and good behavior she could be out in 13 yrs

But she has all those other charges to be piled on top too so if she gets LWOP, I'd actually be happy to see her down in general population afraid to go to sleep at night and afraid to get up in the morning never knowing what the other inmates are going to do to her today. If she's on DR, yea she would be miserable alright but she would feel safe, I don't want her to have that, Caylee surely didn't. JMO

As long as she gets LWOP i will be happy just dont want her getting less time then that

Thanks Jesse.. the change in the way Wendy looks is startling.. she is on something that is sucking her looks away..and her brain

The blond hair that looks like straw and "those bangs"....she does look much better with naturally dark hair.

did anyone just hear what wendy murphy said on geraldo that there are pics of caylee that are sealed and that she thinks casey had her in a porn ring? how can that be possible, wendy use to think she was guilty now she says that she believes casey didnt kill her but that someone else had her and she thought she was going to be brough back REALLY???

All I can say is there are NO PICTURES or they would have been released by the state - now I am not saying bozo didn't have them and hid them but overall - I think she needs to lay down the crack pipe - it is affecting her brain now.

I have a question I know one of you will be able to answer.

Why wasn't the bug in the trunk tested for DNA?

Just remembered....SURELY...tomorrow's closing arguments will point out those drawings Dominic Casey made of where he searched and will point out to the juror's where the poles are and how "tiny" a car looks in that photo and explain just how "far" "away" from Caylee's remains Dominic was actually searching.  Surely!

I just got home and the last I saw was when Jose made the comment about the laughing man and then the jury got taken out.

I'm on the NO chart bozo had up. His voice shows that he's what some attorneys call, losing/lost the jury. IMO

Good evening, monkeys.  I'm late getting to the cage.

I did get to see bits and pieces of today in court - wild!

Can't wait for Linda to wrap it up all nice and neat for the jury.

I think it's a good think that Baez showed himself again, took up just enough excess time for Judge Perry to make the decision for Linda to present her closing in the morning.

The jury will be fresh and eager to hear the last parts - Linda and the Judge.

JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!
Hiya puzzler.... the only thing worth watching was Jeff..he was awesome.. Bobo was Bobo and mason sounded like his molars were crazy glued together

I got to see a few minutes of Jeff and he was awesome - but I'll be sure to watch the entire video as I want to see it all.

I also got to see the choice moment that Bozo yelled in court about the laughing man.  Ha.  Then, the other moments I was was Jeff and Bozo apologizing.  So I saw a few of the important parts.

Also, saw Mason get up ther and I didn't bother with that.

So glad that Linda will give her closing argument in the morning....jurors will b fresh and alert!

I'm getting excited to see what the final outcome will be.

Oh..I also saw a few minutes of Bozo ripping up George the dad for not doing everything he could for KC, Cindy did everything she could....Hello?....I thought Bozo was telling the jury that George was a bad guy for not perjuring himself.  Wonder if anyone else took it the way I did?

I took it that way too Snoopy.

My guess is thereisnt enough DNA in 1 bug.. they usually have several and do a type of blenderizing to obtain enough of a sample

A few weeks ago, some of us went to repair Hailey's Bridge after it had been vandalized. There was a dead roadkill raccoon which we had to walk by to get on the bridge. It smelled some but not horrible. I picked it up and threw it in the woods. What was a smelled some became horrible at that point. I thought of the smell in casey's trunk when this happened. The smell increased when Caylee was removed from the trunk.

The closest thing I ever smelled that came close was after we had 2 hurricanes and no power for days, no garbage pickup for almost 2 weeks, I had chicken in the garbage which was in the florida heat and sun..enough to gag you

I'm hoping they point that out too!

Did you already read (or see the picture) where Baez hugged the slut his client when he finished his closing today?  I'm still mad about it!

Yesssss, I saw that picture.  I didn't hear, but do hope that the jury was "out" of the court room.

I think that is an excellent question and it has been referred to several times during the testimony.  IIRC the maggots were on the adipocere which was on the paper towels which were in the trash/garbage bag.  The maggots were full of dna, having feasted for days on something or someone, we all know who.  The state must have had some reason for not doing this particular test because if Caylee's dna had been in the maggots, that would have equalled a slam dunk in my way of thinking.  But in Bozo's immortal words, "I am not a chemist nor am I an anthropoligist.  I don't drink enugh to be a grief counselor either.

He let Jeff get to him.. lucky they both didnt get kicked out or jailed.. but it was funny

I had watched Ashton laughing, smiling, shaking his head, making eye gestures and was telling him thru my pc to stop it or Judge Perry was going to nail him. You could tell when bozo would see him because he would get ticked off and loose his train of thought after looking at Ashton. Ashton came back from watching the video like a chastised puppy but I love him anyway.

My thoughts... Bozo has admitted Caylee died on June 16 at her home. The pro's state she died from tape over her mouth/nose.
I push aside all the bs and it boils down to this for me. bozo admits she died in her home on June 16 and casey knew it. From the pro's, The tape over the mouth and nose prove it wasn't a drowning. Casey waiting 3 yrs to say she drowned proves that to be a lie. PC searches show premeditation. All the rest is smoke and mirrors. Please let the jury see it the same way.

Baez was all over the place.  He was not making any sense.

Puzzler ... I am also anticipating the verdict ... the verdict which renders Casey guilty and ... then I will sleep for a week.  Dragging myself out of bed each morning at 6:30 AM PT does eventually take its toll.

I'm wayyy behind but will try to catch up some later.

I really thought about this and I agree I think also once the car was abandoned and hot for so long it got worse. plus Casey complained about the smell on 26 & 27.

On Judge Jeanine Pirro (Fox rerun) a body expert feels that jurors #2,#3, and #5 are the biggest friends of the defense. I'm surprised that #4 isn't in that cluster.

I've been 4th of July-ing all day and have caught bits and pieces when I could. I burned brownies during the Ashton, Baez blow up!!
