I hope this in not inappropriate and I may just be over tired but I think she will get :
 Involuntary manslaughter/ or voluntary manslaughter.
Casey looked up chloroform as a means to make her sleep. So she could go out.
I think she gave her too much and caylee never woke up. She called George and Cindy no one returned her calls she couldn't call 911 because of the drugs in caylee 's system. So she wrapped her  in a blanket and put her in the trunk of her car and put it out of her mind. She could do this then  stayed with Tony.
When she returned to her car she had to fix this and put her in the trash bags because Decomposition  was  starting  and poor caylee  was leaking so wrapped the duct tape and put her in plastic bags  and we all know the rest.

I hope I'm wrong This is JMO  thoughts please

Blonde, Jeff covered this in his closing this morning: He said this is Felony Murder and fits in with Murder 1. Said some of the jury could vote for Murder 1 and the others for Felony Murder. They are both considered under Murder 1. I was confused about this until he set me straight this morning.

I heard again the 911Call and the "31 days" sounds like she is lying regardinf the real date the caylee died...i guess she coulf say, I do not see my kid since ”_” or 4 weeks..eyc...she was very caution no to say the exact day she last saw caylee.... ..other thing I remember is casey buying tickets for her frienfs to puerto rico...if it was true...why didt she go with them ? Caylee being dead nothing could stop her to go....or maybe she use those days to do dump caylee

Dr. Glass has a new article up.  I know a lot of people do not like her, but she has some good input ...warning there are spelling errors etc...just like I do (because of illness), it is the content that is important.

I have worried about ICA going "off'' when the verdict is read and not what she wanted to hear.  I have seen this happen.  Those sitting closest to her are going to be the first targets.

What does everyone think?

The duct tape.......
No reason....Intentional......

It's crossed my mind that it happened as you posted, Blonde, and that perhaps she added the duct tape to look like Caylee had been kidnapped and someone else (Zanny) did it. Who knows, but either way, Casey is responsible and it's still first degree murder.

Happy 4th to you all...we r on vacation but all 18 of us watched today!  I have everyone hooked on Justice 4 Caylee..  Linda did awesome today!
I am just logging in so too far behind to catch up tonight...I am thinking that there will be a verdict by tomorrow night...what says the rest of you?

Good to hear from you and hope you are having fun!  I don't know why I was thinking that I could sleep in now.  I feel like I must get up every morning for as long as this lasts, to watch JP give his instructions to the jury.  I hope it will be tomorrow when we hear that she is guilty.  I have been worrying though.  I don't know how we will cope if this gets an appeal.  How could we ever sit through it again????  And I cannot even think what would happen if she is not guilty......

NG had a jury consultant on as well that had concerns about #5.  Said that juror did not look at Jeff once the first time he was up during closing.

Probably the same consultant that told the reporters tweeting about it. They can only guess by experiance but they could be right too. Never know.

Can someone help me understand something? If jurors can't agree and that would be a hung jury resulting in a mistrial, then how do you get an aquittal? Would that have to be unanimous?

Does a mistrial mean she can't be tried again?

TIA!

Literally sick to my stomach here, reading all the posts about which jurors seem to favor the DT.

I am afraid if I swallow too hard, I might puke.

Then, I think there is absolutely no possibility that all 12 of those jurors will find her NG on charges 1 and 2.  I think, if anything, charge 1 and/or would be hung jury.  The lying charges were proven from day 1, IMO, so do not think there can be any NG on them.

So, I am thinking the only possiblities here are Guilty on charges 1/2, Guilty on 1 or the other, hung on 1 or 2 or both.

If hung, she would be retried.

I'm thinking she might be distrustful of police, with her DUI experience coupled with her son's and grandson's drug experience.

Its been a long 3 years and Im certain Justice for Caylee is almost here. It makes no sense not to charge her with aggravated murder. These Jurors dont know everything we know or get to read all that we have but with just what was presented in court, and that to me is enough for them to know that Casey was responsible for Caylees demise. Thats the only think that does make sense. Ther can see the kind of girl Casey was, they know she wasnt scared of anyone or anything, they see her cashing Amy's checks and then going out and shopping with the money like she didnt have a care in the world, they have to know she and she alone did this. I do belive they will charge her and put her in prison the rest of her life. I am happy to say that I think Caylee knows as well that JUSTICE is almost here and the right person is gonna pay!!!!

I think Cindy might go off, but I'm sure the deputies will be ready for any reaction from KC.

Acquittal would mean all 12 have to agree she is not guilty.  That is just not possible in my mind that all 12 believe she is not guilty.

Both "guilty" or "not guilty" must be unanimous. Mistrial means a new trial would be had (if the State so chooses).

Hi Cookie. Happy 4th & hope you're all having a blast on vaca! I think there will be a verdict tomorrow or next day. I believe Casey is guilty. LWOP or 25 years, out in 19...more if they'd add fraud. Earlier I was thinking Felony 1 with dp sentence, but the jury is still deliberating. I'd have had my mind made up by now.

There is absolutely no good reason whatsoever to have a piece of duct tape on somebody's face. Knowing Caylee was just under 3 years old & knowing there were 3 pieces of taped wrapped across her face makes me ill.

Good evening, monkeys.

I wasn't able to be in the cage all day today, but did get to see "parts" of Linda's closing and saw more parts on late night shows.

I just have to say:  Jeff and Linda did a wonderful job for Caylee - now it's up to the jurors to give Caylee the justice she deserves - and if Caylee doesn't get justice, it won't be because Jeff and Linda didn't do their job.

Everyone is saying the same:  Both Jeff and Linda have been execellent in their pleas for justice.

Granted I know way more than these jurors do, but I do not see how any of the jurros could watch her for 8 weeks and come away with a NG verdict.

How the jurors would not think if this was an accident, why she didn't report it? Why would she sit in jail for 3 years if this was an accident.  They have to see that.  That would be my first question.

Somebody please shoot me.

Me too. I believe she will get guilty by every juror.
Funny they didn't look at evidence yesterday. Maybe they all pretty much agree and we will know tomorrow is what I expect.
