You know, watching the David Westerfield trial, after everything I heard, I believed that he deserved to die.  I watched the verdict being read, and I saw his reaction when he heard that they condemned him to death.  He was visibly shaking and took big swallows, from what I recall.  And while I still think he deserves the death penalty, I did think to myself.. what would it be like to hear those words? To know that a group of people decided that I needed to die.  At some level, that has to do something to a person.  Makes me wonder how Casey would take that news.

Good morning monkeys. I'm so tired. Didn't sleep well after hearing some jury expert on HLN saying there were 7 pro prosecution, 2 nuetral, and the rest pro defense jurors. Oh goodness. Justice for Caylee, please God!

That's why I don't have a TV. HLN has to fill in hours with something  even Lenny.  Would you take anything they are saying as expert.

Well monkeys if they dont come in today with Murder one---forget about it---lets face how long would we take to reach a verdict

Nope: Charles Manson - 9 days.   an angelic monkey

David Westerfield...(Danielle VanDam)...10 days..

Wow that long?  That had to kill her family waiting.

Lover Boy Bozo is not in court this morning

Yeah...that worries me. If she gets a sentence she doesn't like, I'm going to bet she screams sexual misconduct by Bobo to get a new trial. let's hope and pray that cannot happen!
I think that is exactly what KC will do.  Think about the history.  She spends all that time alone with him in his office while out on bail.  He gets warned at the jail about touching her.  He hugs her after his closing.  She strokes his cheek while he's down on one knee.  She's set him up for improper conduct by counsel.

NG had a jury consultant on as well that had concerns about #5.  Said that juror did not look at Jeff once the first time he was up during closing.

Probably the same consultant that told the reporters tweeting about it. They can only guess by experiance but they could be right too. Never know.

http://www.wftv.com/news/27970046/detail.html

Snip:
Seat 5
» White female in her 60s
» Retired, 11th grade education
» She had a DUI in 1998, and her son and grandson both had drug problems

I'm thinking she might be distrustful of police, with her DUI experience coupled with her son's and grandson's drug experience.

Plus no diploma so she could relate to Casey. DUI in 98 puts her in in her 50's back then, which is a far cry from somebody partying in college &  immature. In her 50's already having grown children & getting a DUI could make her have a grudge. She retired as a Nurse's aid 5 or 6 years ago, so it might bother her that she wasn't able to become "more", therefore relating to Casey on another level.

Omg I can't even think about it!

I am way behind here but here is my thought. We do not know the circumstances of her DUI - perhaps she is an alcoholic that stopped drinking afterwards. If true, and she joined AA, she will be able to easily allow KC to pay for her deeds.

Sounds like #4 has made up her mind?  What about #5.. I hear we have to be concerned about that one as well.

I usually don't watch, but sometimes turn it on. I usually discount what they say, but wondered if this jury expert actually had any insight. She said she'd been actually there and watching them. So, I don't know. I guess we shall see.
