No idea why he wasn't next to her this morning. Anyone? Could it be that he had another case to get paperwork taken care of or something? I can't imagine anyone using him unless they're charged with narcotics, DUI or prostitution. All 3 of them are pretty cut & dry, unless you're in a cartel or something.

They will go till dinner hour or a bit over, no evening deliberations expected I believe I heard

I ent to take my shower and came out and saw the briefing on TruTV, go excited thinking there was  a verdict!  Only to discover it was a media briefing!!

I have wondered, among all the hundreds of other things, if Caylee SAID something that set Casey off--something like who's zanny?  Or i don't want to get in the trunk again!  Could be anything along those lines.

Just speculating to pass the time.

My feelings are that Caylee cried for her JoJo and her CiCi and that was the straw that broke the camels back.  This of course after the fight with Cindy on 6/15.  Sadly, we will never know....bottom line, for me, is that taking Caylee's life was mainly for hurting Cindy and then, to give herself the life she wanted.

What I find interesting about the defense put on by Bozo, is that if they had gotten up there and said she drowned, and then CASEY freaked out because of her psycho mom and her "evil dad" and was so fearful because of her "dysfunctional family" that she out of sheer fear and terror, took Caylee's body out of the pool and then used the duct tape and staged the whole thing as a murder/kidnapping and then left for 31 days because she was scared to go home, etc.. THAT could have possibly gotten her out of this OR just less jail time. All of her lies, and most importantly her throwing EVERYONE else under the bus and taking ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for ANYTHING makes her look guilty of premeditated murder, IMO.

I could have believed it if I were a jury if she said it was an accident and she covered it all... but I could NOT believe all of the lies and excuses and cop outs they offered..

I found a video from a lip reader interesting she says I would Never hurt my mom and it was my dads fault!maybe because she lied for her and he didnt as much as she did!? and she knows why she killed Caylee and what everyone says thats why she is mouthing this for cameras instead of covering her mouth! like she knows to do.

I can read lips very well too, it drove me NUTS 2x this week when NG kept reporting the WRONG thing about lipreading.. I tried to call her lol. SHe didn't say I would never hurt my mom, she said "I never said that. I would never blame my mom."  But then yes, she DID say "it IS his fault" when LDB mentioned her dad.

Sunny, it's the only thing that makes sense to me. She is a self admitted spiteful bitch. Oh how I wish that fight had come into evidence, especially if Lee was truly there. Cindy is the one that made the truth go away, before the 911 calls by cleaning the car and it's contents, and especially after they were made.  We don't really know the wrath of Cindy, but obviously her family members do and are straight up afraid of her.  I do feel Lee and George don't give a chit anymore, which is why I stated the other night, that Cindy now has no one.
