Caylee Marie Anthony - MURDER TRIAL - Deliberations and VERDICT - 7/4 - 7/5/2011

Good morning monkeys--That's what I think too, Tupelo.  Cindy and Casey had that tremendous fight about the Pleasea's stolen money.  Cindy lied yet again under oath about it, saying they snuggled on the couch and had a "Pleasant evening." According to  Cindy's brother's ex wife, Shirley Pleasea said that Casey took Caylee and left in the night of the 15th/16th. Ms. Pleasea said Cindy told her that. I think she killed her shortly after.  George lied when he said he saw Casey and Caylee on the 16th. I think Caylee died in order for Casey to get even with Cindy by taking what she loved most. I think the prosecution should have developed this story but Cindy was allowed to lie under oath, even though they knew about the fight.  Apparently Lee witnessed it and told Jessie Grund about it.  I'm sure George knew about it.  Maybe they'[ll get a conviction without it.  I hope so.

Distancing the altercation as a motive for the murder of Caylee was where it was at when George and Cindy learn from Casey that their granddaughter had been missing for 31 days ... when ex-cop George and nurse Cindy considered the foul odor emitting from the vehicle that was picked up from Johnson Towing hours earlier.

I suspected that George's story had been collaborated with Cindy when he was able to describe in detail what his daughter and granddaughter were wearing 31 days prior.

The jury has gone way past the time I thought it would take them. I thought they would get in there and just have to wade through the legalities of guilty and be done.

Another thing, these idiots on HLN keep saying Jose wasn't in the courtroom with Casey, even though he was in the courthouse. You'd think they'd figure out why. After yesterdays touching scenes between Bozo and KC, the kneeling, cheek stroking, hugging, etc, does anyone not think that his wife probably laid the hammer down. Hard!   
Even though KC was obviously po'd that he wasn't there, his wife could really stick it to him even more if he there are any more PDAs with ICA.

Great point! I've often wondered what the missus thought about the relationship.

How long has it been now? I've been guessing it would take them between 8 and 12 hours of deliberation.

OMG!  I'm sitting here listening to several people talking at work in the next row of me.  One who speaks very loud, talking about this case.  Not sure if or  how long she followed, but apparently watched part of the case (at least this holiday weekend) and keeps saying THEY didn't prove how she died!  I want so bad to speak up, but I'd be going on the rest of the day and probably raise my voice, which would probably get me in trouble!  But I can't tune her out!  I KNOW she doesn't know everyting we do and doubt she watched the entire trial.  I hate stupid people!

If over the counter cough syrups and dramamine had to be "signed for" and those medicines tracked, een though some one bought them at different stores, every pharmacist could access the data base and red flags would go up at multiple purchases.

I know several young mothers using these over the counters as babysitter. It is so sad.

That makes me wonder a few things: 1) Who else was she using it on... 2) Was she into huffing or starting to dabble in Meth... 3) How many of her friends woke up with less money in their pockets...

This keeps bothering me and can not put my finger on it...In some pictures Caylee looks her age in other pictures she looks like she is 4 or 5 yrs old.

I go back to my son's baby pictures to compare them and its weird how she either looks a yr or two older then a child of 34 months old

The photo of her opening the door...or supposedly opening the door, looks like they elongated the photo. It might be little Caylee, but her body looks like somebody made the picture distorted and it makes Caylee look taller, and therefor older. Just my opinion 

No was talking more on other pictures where her hair isnt that baby fluffy whisps, my son still at age 3 had that child hair that goes with that age its not thick or thin its in between. I am wondering if some of these pictures of Caylee isnt really Casey around that age

I agree with you. Still lots of unanswered questions that we will never know the answers too. I wonder if maybe she was also wondering if Caylee could become addicted to chloroform after so many uses and she probably imo wondered too if there would be any visible long term side affects.  My blood boils just typing that.

Lol...bless your heart! Wish I could come visit you at work... I'd love to straighten her out and they couldn't fire me. Nyuk nyuk nyuk. She's probably the type that once you start pointing out the facts, she'd want to change the subject though. I run into those often..."oh I didn't know about that." or "Are you sure?"

Can you imagine had Casey taken the stand and Linda came at her with as much passion and expertise as she did in her rebuttal? I think the jury would be in already.
