Nope the most she can get is 1 year and it will probably just be time served since she is "not guilty"
and should have to serve more time...(Not my opinion....at all) I pray she goes back and someone takes care of her....

They said the lying to the police was a misdemeanor and she has already served 3 years and has been the model inmate (of course she has) so she may just get time served followed by probation. 
 
A year of probation, perhaps.

Yes probably. What will she be on house arrest? Oh poor thing it's hard staying at home and doing what you please.

Right..she still has that..but the book and movie deals will cover that and her interest charges.

I am very worried about George..I do not see how that man can go on living in that house with Cindy and Casey..and just to make them squirm Casey will come home at first.

Lord if I was one of the friends that testified against her I would be watching my back..this woman is vindicative to the core.

I am in disbelief right now..BUT Maybe God thought it would be more torturous for her to live in society with the world looking down on her in utter shame.  She was a miserable person to start with.  God had a plan for her.  Poor baby Caylee, but she is with the angels right now, with no worries.  In the end, Casey will meet her final judgement.

Yea, I was sitting here wondering ... if Casey can't move back in with Sin and George ... if they Byasses will let her move in ... and then I remembered they have a baby.

I would have more respect for the members of this jury if they would tell us how they came to the conclusion that they did!!!  I don't agree with their verdict but would like to know how they made that decision.
