I wonder if her probation officer will allow her to leave the county. Normally, they have to get special permission....after today, I bet she gets to do whatever she pleases.

She'd better go into hiding.  There are a lot of upset Floridians today.

She evidently is not wanted at her parents house or they are going with her since their house is in foreclosure.

Harvard Law is bigtime anti dp. If she gets her GED & swings a free education to an ivy league college, I'm gonna be po'd. My son is busting his azz & taking classes at Rowan U and he's only Going into 10th grade right now! His college education is gonna cost ALOT of money bc he wants to be a surgeon, so he plays sports & busts his azz in school. Graduating hs with an Associates degree will save me money on his underclass credits for a major university. I think of everything he's doing right now & it eats me up to know this chick Casey will end up having everything handed to her on a silver fricken platter!

I'd hesitate to blame ANYONE (Cindy, George) for this injustice other than Casey and this damn system we have to endure at times.  If you believe any of the Prosecution's evidence (which I FIRMLY do), then it was Casey and Casey alone responsible for her daughter's death.  Nobody else should harbor any blame.  We need to remain strong in our beliefs as well.  Let's not express weakness here.  NG is right though...the Devil scored a point today!  But the game is far from over...and the good guys are far ahead!!

I feel your pain as well.  Here I am at work...a 40 year old man not in any way related to this little girl, and I had to do all I could to not openly weep after hearing this verdict!  My heart literally hurts right now!  I have a (almost) 3 year old son myself, and all I could think about is what if something like that happened to him?  It hits home because it's so close to home!  Does that make sense?  My wife is somewhat confused at my emotional state at this point.  She didn't invest her soul into this fight for justice.  I did!  I was vested with the same intensity with OJ, but at least the victims were adults!  The innocent victim here was a child unable to protect herself.  And, the one person obligated by NATURE to protect her...failed her!  Heart wrenching to say the least.  But, we all have to carry on for those we are obligated to protect.  Thank you all for the support...

JVM has a picture of the defense celebrating..a someone went in the restaurant and took it.

It is heartbreaking to know they are celebrating..celebrating...there is no justice anylonger for victims..all the justice goes to the criminals..they have more rights rather then we do.


I also heard earlier that George and Cindy DID NOT go over to Casey after the verdict was read..they went out of the courtroom and out the back door with their lawyer.   If they are smart they will not stay in Orlando and will contact Casey.  Lee better move too..he wasn't any help to her either.

State attorney Lawson Lamar said Tuesday after Anthony was found not guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter that the case was very difficult to prove. Lamar also said the delay in recovering Caylee Anthony's remains was a considerable disadvantage.

I still see NO cry to find the "real killer" from the DT, or the Anthonys.  ..................... because they KNOW who the real killer is. 

Exactly!  The jury found Casey 'not guilty'.... but that does not mean they found her 'innocent'.

Next time though, you can be sure she'll be a lot more careful and practiced.  The jury basically just gave her lessons in how LE investigates homicides and what to do to avoid getting caught next time.  Sheer idiocy.

Trimm-I am so sorry about your grandchild. I'm sure it feels like you're right there all over again.  Praying for you.   ITA with your comments. Children need to be declared an endangered species it seems, for their protection. The Anthonys clearly worshipped at Casey's feet and she knew it...foolish!  If you love your child, you will instruct, correct, and if necessary, discipline him or her...for his/her sake, that he/she may gain self-control, know right from wrong, grow up and contribute to society as a whole=be blessed and be a blessing. Children need parents; they already have friends.  We've lost that concept (among others) in the U.S..  We've also forgotten that children are an inheritance, a soul we've been entrusted with to train up, teach, and protect.

Its probably here somewhere but I cant read thru the whole thing right now, does anyone know what KC sentence for the check writing was?  How much time did she get for that?  I cant believe he would  actually leave jail this week!!!!!!!

I've been asking that too...does anyone know?? Is she considered a felon now because of that sentence??

Her sentence was 412 days in jail, which she had already served that time sitting in jail on the murder charges. Now that she will be let go, she still has 1 year of probation on the check charges.  Casey will be a good little girl for that amount of time, at least. After that.....only she knows.

I'm not sure. It may determine how much money she stole whether or not that will be a felony.
