I hope every night those jurors see that clip of a live Caylee with duct tape over her mouth and then goes to her skull in their dreams til it runs each of them crazy.

I also believe somehow bozo did know (paid) someone off on jury. remember each was allowed to go home through jury picking. who is to say his team didn't contact each of them before they left and bribed them could this of been the reason that he pulled the crap he did in court without worrying about it? He seemed evasive and cockie with proving it was a drowning never put no evidence up at all.

Just been thinking on it all day since verdict came out.

I agree - I refuse to watch even ONE thing about any of it again unless someone kills her and I will watch that. I hope she goes home and kills Cindy and George. She will kill again.

anyone notice a trend with prosecutions and murdered/missing people?  there is something severly wrong with a system that if he hide the body well enough or long enough, you are rewarded.

i am so glad that even before caylee's body was found the state charged her with murder.  the problem in this case was the jury.  i'm dumbfounded that there could be a gathering of that many stupid people.

Sorry but JP was so worried about an appeal he overlooked justice and the rights of the victim and the State representing her.
Baez ran roughshod over this court from day one..and that did not change when JP came onbaord.  Jp had no qualms calling out the prosecution..but bent over to kiss the defense azz.  He should have let in the pictures, he shuld have let in the can of death...he should have snctioned Baez while the trial was going on..he didn't.  I think the jury read this as the judge was on the defense side and the mean old prosecution was wrong.  JP let Caylee down too..all in the name of safe guarding his precious appeal record.

ITA...I got in an argument with a friend over this very subject. She said "well, he faces sanctions later from JP." I told her not to hold her breath! If I see baez face anything that he certainly deserves I'll be surprised.

If the jury got to smell the stupid garbage, cheese packet, why the hell not the cans? The car?

So much unfairness just kept on happening!!

I take back all the nice stuff I said about JP. He can make that stupid pucker face of his and kiss my @ss!

UNLESS...........he declares a mistrial like Mason requested and he said he would rule on after the verdict. Would that be a hoot or what?

JP is not going to go for the mistrial..it would certainly be appealed by Baez and he doesn't wnat to blemish his record.

He was very clear he was not going to let an appeal happen and he was not going to retry this case.  So he bent over backwards for the defense and cut off the prosecution at the knees..particularily where evidence is involved.

WFTV-Channel 9 legal analyst Bill Sheaffer predicted that Anthony will be on television and be the focuse of a movie. “It will be to her financial advantage,” Sheaffer said. “She has to support herself. One would have to believe that maybe she’s welcome back into the house by her mother, but I’m not so sure she’s going to be welcome back in that house by her father.”

How did the jury reach the acquittal of Anthony of the most serious charges? Hornsby pointed to Jose Baez’s opening statement, which could have weighed on the jury’s deliberations. Baez’s bold style paid off in the end, Hornsby said.

Deen said he didn’t agree with Baez’s opening statement but that the state’s case had big holes in it. “I think they got a jury who got through all the emotion,” Deen said. “I think Linda Drane Burdick’s closing argument was a lot of heat and not very much light. That’s the impression I had all the way through. I have never thought this was a death case — ever, ever, ever. The jury agreed with me.”

Hornsby said the state overreached in the Anthony case. “It bit them,” he said.

I have gone through the grieving process before sadly, this feels very similar, I am in denial and anger.  I don't even know what to feel, I feel like the world has turned upside down. 

  I know I'm going to wake up tomorrow with that awful feeling in my stomach that comes with grief and heartbreak.

I have to say I have NEVER EVER seen such a travesty of justice in all my life, even OJ .....but lets see where OJ is now, then the MJ case, well he is dead of an overdose so while I am shocked at this jury and pissed (hello idiots, the state doesnt have to prove motive) I feel confident that Karma will bit her on the ass soon one way or another. I just pray she never has another child, and that other moms tired of being a mom don't think, well she got away with it, so I'll just kill my child and toss them in a swamp and lie my ass off, steal from ppl etc (I'll use the Casey defense)......God look after the children with parents like this bitch, they will need your protection.

I am hoping this case will haunt this jury for the rest of their lives and when they get home and the dust settles they will see the main ingredient left out of deliberations was their common sense!

I am just sick about this (as I see everyone is).  I am sorry to say this because I do believe the Judge was fantastic BUT I do feel he let this get away from him in the beginning.  He is the one that wanted to keep to the schedule, he promised all the jurors they would be home by a certain day and time, he let Bozo get by with unspeakable crimes, he held the prosecutors to a very different standard, and he allowed jurors who only were concerned with their "politically correct" views.  Someone told them (JMO only) that they can make a ton of money by selling their responses after the verdict to make up for the time and lost wages they sacrificed.  They were not stupid, they knew this verdict would not be anymore popular than OJ's was.  Hell, my guess is they took the vote and all agreed and it was too late to go home so they got an extra meal and hell they even had lunch before they bailed on Caylee.

I heard Mason today tell the media they will take care of them later on for all they have done to this case.  So this is not over with at all.  I see them filing charges against media, bloggers etc to make some money for themselves.

I see all the Anthony's being outcasts for the rest of their lives.  KC will never be a part of society ever again.  She (and her family) will be outcasts til eternity.  Maybe that is the justice Caylee wanted for them.

I do believe KC will get her's in the end.  Her life is over.  Someone will target her and make a statement just like she did with Caylee.  JMO.

Sweet justice comes in all forms.  Heads up monkeys, Caylee will never be forgotten.  We will be back here one day doing the same for another victim and it the sad part is it could have been prevented.

Good job to Red, Klaas, and all the mod's, you can be proud of yourselves for what you have sacrificed for Caylee and all missing people.  I wish 2NJ could have been here today but I know she is holding Caylee tight right now and reveling in their perfect lives now. 

I will continue on and hold this place dear to me.  Justice stops when good people stop believing.  Education is the answer and we have all at least tried to educate.
