Prety sad when you hear that if George Anthony had have come off as credible, Casey would probably be a convicted child killer right now.

George was more credible than Sindy.
Maybe River's testimony made them disbelieve him.
I personally think the jurors were just itching to go home and took the easy way out.
May black clouds follow them for the rest of their lives.

Wow.  What can I say that hasn't already been said?  I started on page 105 or so and had to stop at page 133.  Totally heartbroken here.

Dear Caylee, You will always be precious to millions of people across the world.  And you will be in our hearts...always.  We won't forget you, little love.

I will read Suppertime for Frieda Fuzzypaws to my children often.  And each time I do, I will say a silent prayer to Caylee to tell her I'm thinking of her and I'm sorry justice was denied her. 

That is a really nice sentiment and a wonderful idea.  I think that the next time any of us reads a book to a child, any child, we should say a prayer and dedicate it to Caylee.  Pass the idea on...let's all read stories to Caylee in Heaven. 


 


Dear Scared Monkeys,

Today was no doubt awful.  No legal justice for Caylee.  I've only been a member for a few weeks but in that time I've become so impressed with the work everyone has done here for Caylee.  So many of you have been working on this for over three years and I think that you've done just as great of a job as the State did.  Too bad the jurors are idiots.   All of you loving and hardworking Scared Monkeys should be proud of yourselves for fighting so hard for her.  If Caylee could, I'm sure she'd want to give each and every one of you a big hug.

There may have not been legal justice for Caylee today, but there has been Monkey Justice in abundance.  Bless you all.

Well, my poor head has been going from side to side saying NO for hours. It is now going up and down. Okay, so what happened did happen. I had no control and must live with the jurors decision. That is just the way it is. Definately do not agree with their decision. But it was THEIR decision.

You know I am there sistah! My heart is hurting , my head is pounding and to a man , everyone I have talked to is shocked...My 19 yr old and his 17 yr old girlfriend are questioning the American justice system. I have cried until my head hurts and just do not know how to process this...Caylee....we love you sweetie and will never forget!!

  There is no justice in Florida. I just wish she was tried in Texas, she would be on death row.

I like the saying in Texas.. "He needed killing".  In this case, so does Casey.  IMO. 

I'm putting in my transfer from Pinellas County and moving to Texas...

I had to go get my heart and heart straight...and I am not sure either will ever be the same. 

I know the feeling, as probably all of us do.

It just doesn't matter. We can cry, wail, gnash our teeth, it simply doesn't matter. A jury found her not guilty and that verdict stands. Caylee receives no justice because her grandparents, uncle, and anyone who knew her utterly failed in bringing her justice. The prosecution did its best. Nothing matters anymore. I only hope that she didn't suffer.

I felt the same way until a friend talked to me about something. It does matter. All the grieving today shows that the majority still cares about injustice. There is such a loud and long deafening wailing of grief today over this. How can that not affect in a good way of some kind? We can hope that it has some grandmother somewhere talking to her young daughter who is a single mom and realizing the importance of keeping a close eye on that grandchild...because for some reason it caught Cindy Anthony by surprise that her daughter would actually murder the child. Hopefully moms like kc are watching how hated she is and getting a wake up call today....if they don't want their child then find the child a good home. Who knows what else this is influencing. It's such a loud cry today, there's no ignoring it. And once we've finished grieving over this travesty of justice today, we will be all the more stronger, all the more resolved to keep at the fight for children's rights and justice for the little victims. It is a sucker punch to us today, but tomorrow will be different. We will heal from this in time, we'll learn things from it we didn't know before, it's not a total loss. Something good will come of it... I believe there's good coming of it all over, it's just we're not seeing it.

Caylee didn't receive her justice today...that's all we know for sure right now...it didn't happen today, but it's coming. We can rely on that for certain. But because of the injustice she received today, it has rocked the world in a way it hasn't been rocked before and that tends to shake a lot of good things out that we so desperately need to make good changes...and I'm sure Caylee is at the wheel of that change. Maybe she and God decided it needed to happen this way just so the outrage would bring about good. I believe with all my heart that Caylee will receive her justice... but she didn't today for some reason, only she and God know, but her justice will arrive.

I have been trying all afternoon to figure out just what to do with all my emotions from this. We sm’s put our whole lives on hold to see this through! I feel so let down! And as for Dr. Sally, can someone please give me her number, I suspect that my reaction to this verdict is consistent with grief!

remember back when jb said a pre juror tried to speak in spanish and she was released. Maybe just maybe he did speak with her and sent back some message thru her before she was dismissed. right then and there i wondered how she got access to jb?

Mtnmom, Bozo is, will be, and always has been a shady, unethical character. Which is why most in LE wouldn't trust him as far as they could throw him. If you think he was up to something shady, odds are you're on target.
