I'm watching Linda's rebuttal on youtube and I'm at the part where she is talking about the trash bag being placed in the trunk as a decoy. I notice Casey starts shaking her head. Clears she is po'd cus this prosecutor isn't on her side and is pretty much knocking it out of the ball park with her rebuttal. I can't help but think is Casey shaking her head out of disgust or is she shaking her head because Linda isn't telling the story right at this point. We all know Casey is smarter than that.............not.

I hope all the people tarnished by the murderer can now find some peace in their lives.  The prosecution has kept Caylee front and center in this entire trial and were the perfect voice for that dear child.

I hope so.  OJ only took 4 hours

4 hours...after all that evidence and months of trial...I had forgotten the jury came back that quickly. What I do remember is...I was working at a small college and when the jury came back, all teachers were instructed to release students from class. Every available TV on campus was turned on...I was in the student center, with hundreds of students and many other faculty members, when "not guilty" was read there was a collective gasp and then stunned silence...I recall several in the crowd had tears and said this is such a huge setback for domestic violence victims....

my guess is that they won't.  I suppose it depends how deliberations are conducted.  If a vote is taken immediately and it is unanimous is the only way I see that happening.

I am convinced there are civil lawyers waiting in the wings for this trial to be over.  We will be seeing much more of bozo than we want.  Maybe he will lower his chair too, because he will appear like the child-bully he really is.  Let the fireworks fly!

Just pray jury will do right thing here I mean their 4th is already messed up, the penalty stage shouldn't take a day or two to do that

i dont know why, but i am so disheartened right now. I hope the jury is aware of the amazing talent, passion, professionalism and conviction that these prosecutors showed. They amazed me. I had tears in my eyes last night just thinking of the injustice that will be served to caylee if there is a not guilty verdict. I can only hope and pray that in this instance, god will answer all of our prayers and show that good does win out over evil sometimes. I will be so sad if not. I know that ultimately god will judge casey anthony, but my selfishness demands that she pay NOW.
