I now wonder if this was reported to the Judge by the Court Officers escorting the jurors. I would not be surprised to find out that the judge let it slide because he was SO concerned about not declaring a mistrial at all costs. The Judge failed here. He NEEDS to save face by going through with heavily sanctioning Baez. He needs to be disbarred.

Here's a question...can Tim Miller sue kc...since the whole world knows she knew she was dead? She wasted a lot of time and money that another family could have had. Can he sue her and would he?

I have been reading here on SM for a long time but I have not put the time into this that many of you have.  I wonder -is there something we can do to shut down all of this coverage?  I have not turned on the tv since I came in from work.  I have been reading posts here and I cannot bear to watch the dt celebrating. If we send emails threatening quit watching the coverage of this injustice will that help?  I just feel like I have to do something.

I have been wondering what I was going to say and have yet to been able to post on it.

I am at a loss for words. I pray for Caylee and she is in all of our thoughts and prayers. I am saddened by the 12 jurors and their cluelessness and unwilling to believe the facts of this case. It disgusts me. I honestly believe that we must have professional juries, jury of peers does not work.

I will also say this ... I am suspect of this jury and want to know how in hell 12 people could find this baby killer not guilty in 10 hrs. These people just wanted out. I am saddened that the jury was so ignorant and could not comprehend the evidence. UNREAL. These people like the line from Titanic, will be waiting for a salvation that will never come.

I would ask that people do not make threats. I honestly think that Casey and the Anthony's are going to live a living hell the rest of their lives.

Thank you stupid jury ... Casey Anthony made $300K by killing her kid and you just made her a millionare.

Please know Caylee, you are in my thoughts tonight. I would ask all Monkeys tonight to give your children and grandchildren a hug tonight in honor of Caylee. Its the least we could do.

You are right, there are no words for what happened today.

As much as I believe our system of justice did fail Caylee today, I have the hope that eventually, Casey will pay for this crime. Not by our justice system, but by society.

Living her life in custody (which I think was her best bet via our justice system) would have been too good for her. She prospered in custody.

But living on the outside, I think she will pay. Living outside will be a living hell for her.

Guess we will have to wait, be patient, and see.

Just like with JVDS, this is not the last time we will hear her name in the news.

i can't figure out why nancy is disappointed in the verdict.  doesn't she connect that when it is okay for witnesses to lie on the stand this could happen.  she has nerve.

Even if their was nothing anyone can do. The sad thing is this is over, Caylee will never get justice, her family will move on and forget about her. Everyone will make money and move on. Sad but it happens all the time, innocent people are sitting in jail while the guilty walk free.

Nope, nothing we can do.  If we start putting up a stink they'll report about that.  All we can do it provide information to LE or Media, etc and then they will do with that what they can or want.

I agree with Red... Its been quite awhile since I have felt so sickened.....My sis happens to be in Orlando at Disney....she said that the park basically came to a stand still...everyone was listening to the verdict..and an uproar of anger erupted....People were commenting, my sister said, that " they wish they could kill her themselves"....

Where can she go now? Where could she even THINK of living without someone trying to off her?? There are so many people , like us, who wish that they could throw crap at her..or worse... I cant imagine where she could go , at this point, and live a normal life..or "Bella Vita"....Unless it's Timbuktu.....

WHere can Bozo go, for that matter... I am almost just as sickened by him as I am by her.... There is not enough security to protect these azzholes for the rest of their lives....

Even though we WISH we could do grave bodily injury and harm to ICA and Bozo, we cant..and we wont...BUT, I am thinking that there will be some unstable individual who probably will....

Wasn't there something this jury requested seeing DURING the trial and everyone was like, have they communicated with one another to ask for this? I'm sorry I can't recall what that was all about. But it does seem to me that the judge kissed Baez's azz scared of a mistrial and every time Baez did something wrong he would address it at state as well.

Watching Fox News & Juror 14 talked to Cavuto via phone. She said the Prosecution didn't show motive. She was an alternate. All the pros that thought Casey would be found guilty are saying the Prosecution overcharged & shouldn't have had the dp on the table.

They don't have to prove motive.  Whateva. 

Bull Butter!  News to Juror 14, THEY did not do their job, IMO. The jurors gave it five minutes and scrammed out of that Hotel.
Who are they trying to fool?  They did not even have one dog-on question or even request testimony read back to them.

ITA and it wasn't even 10 hrs, they had lunch, probably breakfast too and who knows what else they did besides actually deliberate because we know they didn't ask to review anything, not one piece of evidence, no way they could have taken in all of the evidence without having to re-listen to jailhouse tapes, look at photos of crime scene, etc, etc, I know how much I have poured over things, hrs upon hrs of listening, looking and searching as well as all of you here, I've gone over my usage now with verizon and I tell myself it's for Caylee, the tears, the hrs I've stayed awake at night, the heartache, it's all for Caylee, couldn't they have given Caylee some of their time? When does Caylee get to speak? Her mother silenced her and now this jury has said her voice wasn't worth hearing either JMO

You are right, I did not account for breakfast or lunch.  Some HLN opinions are the jurors, made up there minds early on or before
the trial ended. 

The jurors just waited-out the ten hours, before giving the verdict.  The jurors did not have a true commitment
to this case and this is my opinion.  They were bused in from out of town, and they did not give a flip.  This stinks.
The Jurors all will have to meet with St. Peter at the Pearly Gates and then they will be judged

if people quit watching, ratings will drop. they only care about ratings obviously not justice.  there was not much interest in this when caylee was only "missing"

I hope someone is investigating the jurors because something just isn't right here.  Something stinks. 

I hope so too snoopy.  After a short deliberation ...TWELVE randomly selected jurors and ... even a alternate juror who just spoke on JVM ... believe the prosecution did not prove their case.  What are the chances?  Even the liberal Huffington Post poll was not so one sided.

In addition, how would the alternate know what the others were thinking? They were not supposed to talk about the case and the alternates were not in deliberations. Also, most of them said beforehand they thought she was guilty. What evidence changed their minds? I watched this entire trial. I heard nothing to make me have reasonable doubt.

Anyway, even if they find there was tampering..they can't try her again. But I still want to know what the heck happened.

i thought that was beyond bizarre! i'm sure baez will take this as a reflection of his attorney skills.  On the bright side maybe he will get more clients and now more people in orlando will go to jail.  he isn't smart enough to realize this was a fluke.

I have been doing some looking around, and i think if there is jury misconduct, the judge can nullify the jury, and have a retrial

First I am not sure he could do that once the verdict in a DP case is rendered.  IN Florida isn't it double jeopardy to try her twice for the same murder?

Secondly this Judge Perry I am not going to retry this case or allow this case to into appeal..I doubt he would ever do that..I really do...he didn't even stand up to Baez in court when Baez was clearly out of bounds..why would he now?
