THESE JURORS WERE TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES ALL ALONG.

I now wonder if this was reported to the Judge by the Court Officers escorting the jurors. I would not be surprised to find out that the judge let it slide because he was SO concerned about not declaring a mistrial at all costs. The Judge failed here. He NEEDS to save face by going through with heavily sanctioning Baez. He needs to be disbarred.

Remember when JPerry allowed in all those jurors the Prosecution wanted to strike?  He stacked the deck inn favor of the Defense big time.  I know that is not a popular position to hold in this thread but I am glad to see a few others see some of his doings as a big factor in this verdict.

I just thought what I would like to have happen with Casey the slut is released.  I would like to have a huge reader boared with Caylees picture on it facing her, with the sound of little Caylee singing "you are my sunshine" blasting at her.  Let the slut begin a life of hell as soon as possilbe.  Do you think she would even notice?

Nah, she won't notice...she's put Caylee behind her long ago....plus, she's smiled that stupid fake smile of hers anytime videos of Caylee are played. Making her stare at Caylee's remains, that would be more effective, i'd think... but no way we can do that. but how about a picture of the little girl that kc had on her photobucket ...the one that said "Why do people kill people who kill people..." but instead have the little girl dead with duct tape across her mouth and nose with the words "Why did kc kill her lovely baby? Is it because she hated her mother? Is it because she was...?" and list a lot of reasons around it along with the pictures of her partying around it all.

the sad news is finally sinking in for me, but I'm wondering, what is she gonna say in interviews?  people are gonna inevitable ask her what happened...then what will she say?  It's not like the OJ case where he could just say that he didn't do it.  She obviously had some involvement.  She will be a horrible interview, methinks.  She'll try to talk about football or the other stupid superficial stuff she always talked about in the past.  I always hated Amy Fisher for being able to shoot an innocent woman in the face and then getting out of jail only a few years later.  Nowadays, I think Amy Fisher comes off as desperate and trashy, which is how I think Casey will look years from now.  People still wanna know what the heck happened, and whether you believe she's guilty or not, doesn't everyone agree that she definitely had some involvement?

Also, when will we hear what happens next? I hear she MAY get out Thurs or Friday but does there have to be a hearing first or something?

I was going to bring up Amy Fisher, she is now on Celebrity rehab and doing porn even though she does have 3 children and married. She said the media drove her crazy, that they made her life hell. I hope that that is what they do to Casey never let her sleep.

I believe that Judge Perry bent over backwards to accommodate the defense.  I also believe that he bent over backwards to prevent an appeal, which might spoil his record. I don't believe that justice has been served and I hold him largely responsible.  I had said previously that he seemed afraid of the word "Appeal."  I also said, "So what?" Do the right and legal thing and if it's appealed, it's appealed.  How many times did he threaten something and then do nothing?  He seems to be lacking in keeping his word.

And I think that the judge's attitude was not hidden from the jury.  While I don't think the judge was necessarily pro-defense, I think he was self-serving in letting the defense run IMO rough shod over the justice system which appeared to the jury as being pro-defense.  My God, he even gave Baez instruction in the law in order to help him.

So, I think it possible that the jury suffered from "Stockholm syndrome."  They became dependent on the judge for their comfort, housing, food, entertainment, etc. even being allowed to have a "Special recess," to smoke, at his pleasure, with a wink and a nod. So they wanted to please him.  And since they thought the judge favored the defense, rightly or wrongly and in loyalty to him, they favored the defense.

I know I could be wrong and this is just an opinion.  But it is a strong opinion. A little more attention to justice and a little less attention to fear of an appeal would have been called for, IMO.

I returned to work shortly after the verdict but am still burning. I do hope that Cindy is proud of herself tonight. I don't know how she can look at and touch anything that was Caylee's. It's confirmed. Nobody loved that precious child during her time on earth. Nobody.

She is where there is love now. God, hug her a second longer for those of us who have come to love her.

(I have a severe back problem and never applied for disability, but am willing to bet I am more disabled than she!)

Some people just take the system and play it for what it is worth, I guess.

I know he has to go by what the jury's conclusion is, but it seems to me he oversaw this entire trial.  He was very mindful of the jury, and had to keep the attorneys in line. 

Did he walk away discusted as we all did, and the general public?

Judge Perry was heavy handed in jury selection and running the trial.  Now he is going on the same list in history as Judge Ito.    IMO

I just sent him an email stating, adios dude ... you just loss a viewer and listener for good. Stick to politics because you know nothing about crime and stop cobering the case for ratings.

I have actually followed Sean since his days in ATL ... no more. He just lost me forever.

I used to follow Sean when I traveled to Atlanta as well. I'm afraid to ask what he said tonight.

He sounds like a Geraldo clone. He did not watch the case in detail and he's making generalizations. My email was scathing. he has done this in the past on crime stories. He lost me. Calling it junk science ... sounds like he got talking points from Baez.

I am severly disappointed in Sean.

Still cannot even close my eyes.  You should see them.  Hubby was yelling at me to go to bed.  He took kids out, no idea where.  Took a shower. 

Only think making me feel slightly better is that Caylee never has to be in that home ever again. 

They did not deserve Caylee Marie Anthony.

Please try to get some rest.  Don't let KC and her team of low life's have any impact on you, your husband or your children.  You take this case and you teach your children a better way.  You use the individuals in this case as examples of how base some people can be.  Make this a learning experience so that some value can be gained from it.  That is how you keep KC from winning.  (((hugs)))

Casey's aunt Pam on NG says she is disgusted with this jury, that they were just lazy. And NG saying the jurors were dressed up today, even in suits because they had their minds made up this morning. JMO

This means that the jurors knew yesterday what the verdict would be. They just "play the game" and waited until today
to disclose the verdict.  This was a GAME to the jurors, I feel they insulted the justice system.  These guys never
deliberated, they just wait it out until today,this was a game.  They thought they were cool.

They had nurses, IT people, counselors they all had college degrees, maybe a few did not. Education had nothing to do with it. Some of the smartest people IMO are the dumbest people

There was definitely jury collusion going on during the many days in the jury room, IMO. He kept saying "we" "we" "we"..........he was an alternate, not privy to deliberations. Who is this "we" bullchit!
I hope images of Caylee's skeletal remains haunt all the dipshit jurors forever!

Does anyone know where I could sent a notecard to Jeff, Linda and Frank .....I would like post it on FB and hope to get a campaign going to let them know how much we respect and admire them and thank them for all they did for Caylee. they need to know they did not fail her!!  My mind is so rattled I can't even think straight.

I like the facebook idea, but I work with lawyers. They REALLY like handwritten notes. Handwriting conveys so much more than text on a screen. It says we took the time to find the stationary (remember that pretty paper we used to write letters on?) and practice our handwriting and expressing our GRATITUDE for their valiant attempts to get justice for Caylee. I'm going to send the whole PA's office a note...being the grunt in one, I know how much work they ALL had to do. And we'll never know about it.

I want to send then hand written cards/notes......but want to post the address on FB....sorry if I did not make that clear.....I still send hand written notes and cards and letters on that pretty paper   that is why I wanted the address...not the email addy, the physical addy
