Thinks the state of florida should arrest George Anthony for the murder -since the duct tape is linked to him---and at trial they can call casey to the stand and we ALL know that she will lie on the stand-(that should be worth a few years for her) ---and Cindy should be arrested tomorrow. jmo---

I wonder how judge Perry feels about all of this?

I wonder if he was stunned as we all were.

I know he has to go by what the jury's conclusion is, but it seems to me he oversaw this entire trial.  He was very mindful of the jury, and had to keep the attorneys in line. 

Did he walk away discusted as we all did, and the general public?

I was watching as the verdict was given to him.

He read it and gave it to Karen Delpilar, the court clerk.

I thought I saw a new expression on his face, one of disgust, disappointment.

I will have to go through all my captured images to find it.

But I saw it.

So did my mom she pointed it out to me,... a little while ago I played the verdict for my son he looked at me and said mom this life isnt fair ,don't despair god has it in his hands. he then wiped the tears out of his eyes and then said if we are all angry over this injustice think how god feels. it then started pouring down rain, my son is 27yrs old no child as of yet but he takes in each of these cases

So, there was one on the jury, at a least an alternate, with a college degree.  Unfortunately, he wasn't a thinking person however.

what about the nurses and the single special ed teacher?  I'm pretty sure those careers require a bachelor's degree.

So, there was one on the jury, at a least an alternate, with a college degree.  Unfortunately, he wasn't a thinking person however.

According to his standards revealed in that interview, anything short of a videotape of the actual murder can be blown away by the creation of suspicion. As good as Linda's closing was.... and it was masterful, I still wish that the sunshine video of Caylee was used. At least there would have been a few seconds inside that courtroom where her voice, silenced forever from this world, was heard. I wish it had played.

i had a little nap,and sober now,(i had 4 drinks after i heard the verdict) but still in shock, i see everyone is still trying to make sense of this injustice
i missed a few days of the trial,and im wondering if the jury heard the jail call with kristina and LA and CA,i think it just screams guilty

This case had SOOOO much more then Scot Peterson's trial.
They just had to follow the instructions, which the jurors didn't.  JMO

He says "that was a big factor in a lot of our decisions". WHAT DECISIONS??? He's an alternate. They were not supposed to be discussing the case!!

I returned to work shortly after the verdict but am still burning. I do hope that Cindy is proud of herself tonight. I don't know how she can look at and touch anything that was Caylee's. It's confirmed. Nobody loved that precious child during her time on earth. Nobody.

She is where there is love now. God, hug her a second longer for those of us who have come to love her.

Well said, and to add that material things mean nada. No beautiful little play houses, play mailboxes, room full of stuffed animals and pretty clothes can replace or mock love. That little girl was just a showoff to them. Her innocent little life meant nothing to them. That is what they showed to world by all of thier lying, deceiving actions.

Does anyone know where I could sent a notecard to Jeff, Linda and Frank .....I would like post it on FB and hope to get a campaign going to let them know how much we respect and admire them and thank them for all they did for Caylee. they need to know they did not fail her!!  My mind is so rattled I can't even think straight.

I like the facebook idea, but I work with lawyers. They REALLY like handwritten notes. Handwriting conveys so much more than text on a screen. It says we took the time to find the stationary (remember that pretty paper we used to write letters on?) and practice our handwriting and expressing our GRATITUDE for their valiant attempts to get justice for Caylee. I'm going to send the whole PA's office a note...being the grunt in one, I know how much work they ALL had to do. And we'll never know about it.

I want to send then hand written cards/notes......but want to post the address on FB....sorry if I did not make that clear.....I still send hand written notes and cards and letters on that pretty paper   that is why I wanted the address...not the email addy, the physical addy

Here is what the jurors do.

1.  They get the case, read instructions then they elect a Foreman
2.  Once they start deliberating they try to put the puzzle pieces together to see if they fit the charges.
3.  If everyone doesn't agree they have to work on GETTING everyone to agree.  The problem with that is it takes time.  Those in a hurry are more likely to change their mind to get out of there.


I can understand them not finding her guilty of murder in the first degree but AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE was a slam dunk, IMO

Also, why shouldn't Casey be held financially responsible for the fact that her lying to these officers cost the city county state whatever millions of dollars?  Is that just forgotten about now?  I mean, I understand forgetting about getting money out of her for the searches etc. if she got LWOP, but now that she can make money off the case, why the hell shouldn't she pay back some of that money???

One time a long time ago, I heard a figure of what the search for Caylee cost in man hours for the OCSO.  I think KC should be billed for that amount.  And let's not forget that she's got some tax issues that came to light just before the trial.  I hope Uncle Sam screws her royally.

This needs to be brought to someone's attention.  They did talk to one another.  That would be a mistrial!

Casey's aunt Pam on NG says she is disgusted with this jury, that they were just lazy. And NG saying the jurors were dressed up today, even in suits because they had their minds made up this morning. JMO

This means that the jurors knew yesterday what the verdict would be. They just "play the game" and waited until today
to disclose the verdict.  This was a GAME to the jurors, I feel they insulted the justice system.  These guys never
deliberated, they just wait it out until today,this was a game.  They thought they were cool.   
This is my opinion.

So the jury talked yesterday, agreed to be appropriately dressed to go home this morning, alt. juror says "we" for all statements that should read "I", guess the jury and alt. talked A LOT about this case. Oh, and why were television privileges taken away from the jury a few days ago?
