Yesterday, I read something about Jose bringing in a 'gift' for jurors but the deputies intercepting it.  I don't know where I read it, twitter, fb, media blog, but I remember thinking, WOW, he knows better.  Did anyone else read about it?

Here is what the jurors do.

1.  They get the case, read instructions then they elect a Foreman
2.  Once they start deliberating they try to put the puzzle pieces together to see if they fit the charges.
3.  If everyone doesn't agree they have to work on GETTING everyone to agree.  The problem with that is it takes time.  Those in a hurry are more likely to change their mind to get out of there.


I can understand them not finding her guilty of murder in the first degree but AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE was a slam dunk, IMO

Agreed about how they did not find her guilty on AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE. (Same for my husband.)

About 1-3 ... that is what they are supposed to do.

I might get thrown out of the cage for saying this , but look at this verdict the way I did after all day being so pissed , i couldnt breath, DT are paid to do just this . everybody iincluding her DT knows shes guilty , but

Cindy Anthony was Praying for her daughter as hard as I was praiying for justice... A mothers prayers are always heard louder.

Little precious Caylee was probably sitting there holding God hands an asking please no more suffering for my grandparents they have suffered enough ....although they defended her Caylee knows no hate while here on earth or in heaven , she know no hate .. all she knows is love.

As far as KC , her day is coming what come around goes around, Karma is coming for you ..the world hates her ! she will not be a celebrity . NG said it best the devil dances tonight but not for long....

Thinks the state of florida should arrest George Anthony for the murder -since the duct tape is linked to him---and at trial they can call casey to the stand and we ALL know that she will lie on the stand-(that should be worth a few years for her) ---and Cindy should be arrested tomorrow. jmo---

He says "that was a big factor in a lot of our decisions". WHAT DECISIONS??? He's an alternate. They were not supposed to be discussing the case!!

This needs to be brought to someone's attention.  They did talk to one another.  That would be a mistrial!

Yes it WAS grounds for a mistrial -- but it is too late. The judge should have been aware of this and declared a mistrial weeks ago. We would have been livid then -- but, I guess now we all would have preferred it on hind sight. We did not think a mistrial could swing both ways.
