Seeking Justice for Caylee

« Reply #4000 on: July 05, 2011, 10:29:47 PM »

anyone think JP will give casey the maximum on the lying to police charge?
It's the least he can do for Caylee but I doubt it.  He will cater to the defense as he has done since taking this case on.  He hurried jury selection so he will hurry her pathetic azz right out of jail.

Here is what the jurors do.

1.  They get the case, read instructions then they elect a Foreman
2.  Once they start deliberating they try to put the puzzle pieces together to see if they fit the charges.
3.  If everyone doesn't agree they have to work on GETTING everyone to agree.  The problem with that is it takes time.  Those in a hurry are more likely to change their mind to get out of there.

I can understand them not finding her guilty of murder in the first degree but AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE was a slam dunk, IMO

I agree.
Her child is dead and this jury let her walk away scott free.

I agree. There is no way on Earth that the JURY should not have found Casey guilty of AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE. To do so would mean that you heard none of the evidence presented or just rejected it. The idea that this jury did not provide justice for Caylee is mind boggling. There is no way this jury should have ever contemplated letting Casey Anthony walk out of jail.

They actually bought the BS of a drowning. UNREAL. What part about no one turns a accident into a murder?

It frightens me that there are such stupid people out there.

You, RED, give this jury more credit than I think they deserve.

I think the only thing on their minds was going home.

They had done enough 'deliberating' and serving. They were through.

They wanted to go home. Period.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

No. I'm scared to dare to hope anymore when it comes to justice.

I am not watching Thursday.  Could care less.  He cannot give her anymore than a year, but most likely she will walk out time served on Thursday, so what is the point.  Why give the channels the viewers.

I am just heart sick tonight..I just can not shake my sadness.

We all are, cookie. Just realize when Caylee is released to the outside world, her life will be hell.

Bitch has no clue.  She's better off in protective custody for her.  But for the rest of us, I want to see her suffer miserably in the real world.   She has no friends!  She'll have no choice but to go into hiding.  She'll be praying for protective custody!

I just watched FOX NEWS and Sean hannity ompletely get the case wrong. What a fool.

I just sent him an email stating, adios dude ... you just loss a viewer and listener for good. Stick to politics because you know nothing about crime and stop cobering the case for ratings.

I have actually followed Sean since his days in ATL ... no more. He just lost me forever.

Same here, Red---I've been stunned today at Sean ... he was the same way this afternoon on his radio show.  He has lost me forever, which is saying a lot, as I have always listened & watched.  It was unreal---and he and Geraldo would not letJeanine Pirro speak---she was making great points.  They both would interrupt and talk over her on purpose. It was so obvious they did not intend to allow her to make her just & correct points.

So...what is the longest time that JP can give to Casey? Do we have any hope that she will remain in jail for a few more years?  I hope that no one buys Casey's book or movies or anything that will give Casey money...I don't have any desire to listen to her at all on any tv shows...I hope that she gets the crap beat out of her when she gets out of jail.  Or while she is in jail

I believe 4 years but likely she will go free on Thursday or Friday with time served.  She's been in jail nearly 3 years.

That decision will be entirely up to JP, right?

Yes but the timed served part may be beyond his control.  I suspect she'll be out unless she is charged with something else by some miracle.

I keep running the champagne party through my mind. That video of high fives, cheering, drinking, but most of all, standing in front of that big window LOOKING DOWN ON ALL THOSE BROKEN HEARTED PEOPLE.

Absolute white trash. How cold and heartless. They forgot about Caylee Marie Anthony. Isn't that why we were here? We were looking for truth and justice and came away with neither.

The defense is about as disgusting a group of shysters as I've ever come across.

When Casey said surprise surprise about the pool accident and rolled her eyes.... did that get them closer to their verdict? Eureka! She said: Surprise surprise... now I know it happened.

Fricken I D I O T S.   uGHHH    Not a speck of evidence the pool was involved.

Yup ... Casey mocked the idea that there was a pool drowning yet these fools bought it hook, line and sinker. I am sorry, there is just something that does not add up. They ignored evidence, let a killer skated completely and then did not want to answer questions as to justify their ridiculous decision.

Would be nice if grandma, the one in the nursing home, would charge her with theft.  Doubt it would happen though.  Who else, besides Cindy, did she steal from?

Does the state have to have Cindy's cooperation to charge her with the theft she did from Cindy?  They have all her checks?  That would not be double jeopardy.

Worth the bump, if you haven't heard it. Get a barf bag ready............

Dumb. . . box of rocks dumb.  He doesn't seem to have a clue as to the requirements for "beyond a reasonable doubt" at all.  I thought the jury was supposed to be instructed on such things as not having to prove motive.

Apparently this jury subscribes to the Paulus van der Sloot theory of justice of no body no case.  Decomposed body, no case.  So all a murderer has to do is hide the body until there is no forensics left.

No, it's not at all tacky. Light will always chase away darkness, and yours will shine!!

It's a sweet idea.  sunny
But speaking of birthday candles, there is one thing I DON"T even want to see mentioned in a news byte: Some "touching" way the "grieving" Anthony's are celebrating Caylee's birthday on August 9th. They lost that right when they supported her killer. JMO.
