Mason says she isn't going to be staying at the Anthony home when she's released.  Purely conjecture on my part, doesn't Geraldo have a beach home in Florida?

I think he is inferring that KC doesn't want to go back to that home.  Like she has anywhere else to go.  Frankly, George and Cindy shouldn't want her back.

It is just unbelievable to me that not even one of those jurors had the balls
to stand up for that baby.   There must have been one or two who had some
notion of right and wrong.

Casey Anthony Trial: Juror says prosecutors didn't answer questions about how, when, and where Caylee Anthony died
12:02 AM, Jul 6, 2011

 ::snipping2::

Hueckler, known as Juror #14, only served as an alternate, so he wasn't in the jury room during deliberations. He did sit through every minute of testimony and, because of that, believes the 'not guilty' verdict was the right one. "I agree with that decision whole-heartedly. It was the right decision."

10News also talked to the mother of Juror #3, Jennifer Ford. Her mother, Lynn Ford, wishes the outcome had been different for Caylee Anthony, "God gives us these children to take care of, and He trusts us to take care of those children. And this mother failed that child regardless of whether it was an accident or anything."

Alternate juror: Evidence 'wasn't there' to convict Casey

Russell Huekler, 51, said he agreed with the jury's decision.

ST. PETERSBURG --
Russell Huekler wasn't one of the 12 people who decided Casey Anthony's fate but sat in the same Orlando courtroom as an alternate juror.
 ::snipping2::
"The prosecution didn't provide the evidence that was there for any of the charges from first-degree murder down to second-degree murder to the child abuse to even the manslaughter (charge). It just wasn't there," said Huekler. "I would say this is a dysfunctional family that's hurting and because it was so dysfunctional that's the way they dealt with their issues and problems. It's a shame because it was an accident that became a murder scene."

Huekler said there were several issues that he was particularly uncomfortable with.

"The first one was the prosecution never really gave any motive of why Casey would have killed her daughter," said Huekler.

Huekler also said the prosecution didn't really say how Caylee died.

"They didn't give us any type of explanation for that," said Huekler. "So again, they were just not meeting any kind of burden of proof. We had plenty of reasonable doubt."

As Alternate Juror #14, Huekler was not part of the deliberations. It was his first time serving on a jury.

Huekler teaches U.S. government at Pinellas Park High School. He said this trial will now serve as a lesson to his students.

Almighty God, we thank you for having a place for Caylee where there is no pain, no sorrow, no weeping, no death.  We praise you for receiving her into your warm embrace filled with love and peace.
On this day Father, we wanted peace and justice on earth for Caylee.  Yet for reasons we will never understand during this journey here, it was not to be.  We rest in the assurance of knowing your ways are not our ways, your thoughts are not our thoughts, and your time is not our time.  In the deep places of our spirits we know that is good.  We know too you are a just God and vengeance belongs solely to you -- that too is good.  I just humbly ask you to cause all whose faith and love is shaken this day to remember we must continue to stand for what is right and true, no matter the pain and hurt it may cause.  For alas, there will be another innocent who will need voices of the righteous in order to be heard.  Heal our souls so that once again we will rise to shout for justice from the roof tops.  Again Lord, we thank you for receiving Caylee to her eternal loving home and we thank you for sharing her with each of us here.  Amen and Amen.

Perfectly said Sister... I just feel stunned, and empty inside.  I just don't understand.

You know, LE has those photos of KC.  Remember the ones that made George sick looking at.  I wonder if KC paid income taxes on her porn career.  Wouldn't it be something if the crime that lands her in prison is related to money that she came by legally?   Monkey Devil!

NANCY GRACE
Jury Clears Casey Anthony of all Charges in Caylee`s Death
Aired July 5, 2011 - 20:00:00   ET

<snipped>

SUSAN MOSS, CHILD ADVOCATE: We`ve been O.J.`d! This is the worst thing to happen to Florida since the hanging chads! How did this jury miss the 31 days that this child was not reported? How did they miss the duct tape over this child`s mouth, this child`s nose? You don`t wear duct tape to go swimming! And in the early morning, this little girl didn`t put duct tape on herself! How did they miss the chloroform searches, the chloroform evidence found in a car that only she had access to? How about the fact that she also searched breaking necks? How about the fact that there was the smell of death in this car?

I mean, come on! This jury ignored the scientific evidence! Apparently, they found the only 12 people who still think the world is flat!

Isn't it interesting that 12 people who didn't listen carefully to all the evidence presented to them and didn't see Casey's smiles, laughter, flirting, animation, and joking as soon as they left the room found her not guilty? But 20,514 other people who listened better and saw more voted her guilty. Glad I'm not a juror who has to go back and face co-workers, friends, and family soon.  Glad I'm not a juror who has to go the hairdresser, grocery store, bank, or class.  Guess they'll be finding out soon enough what a practiced liar Casey Anthony is and how they've been played.

Quote
Attorneys representing The Tampa Tribune and four other media organizations filed a motion with the court late last week for access to the names of jurors once the case concluded. The judge has scheduled a hearing Thursday to decide the issue.

So, on Thursday, KC finds out if she goes free and lawyers argue for the names of the jurors.

Casey Anthony jurors start to arrive home

Updated: Tuesday, 05 Jul 2011, 11:43 PM EDT

Huekler, a teacher, believes Casey was a liar, but he does not believe that makes her a killer.

“There was some type of horrific accident by the family,” he said. Whatever happened I think more than one person knows and I think that was possibly George Anthony.”

The defense’s argument that Caylee drowned made sense to him.

“For some reason they made an accident look like a murder scene,” Huekler said.

Public opinion mostly disagrees with him and the other jurors.

The family of a second alternate juror is wrestling with the decision.

Wendy Pepper’s sister was an alternate juror.

“I am a mother. The mother in me putting emotions into it, disagrees on some level,” Pepper said. “But I know they were instructed to take their emotions out of it.”

And without emotions, a jury from Pinellas County acquitted Casey Anthony of murder, child neglect and manslaughter.

The first thing I thought of was WTF......he teaches Gov't??? Yet he still doesn't know that they don't have to prove motive (and IMO they did), and second if or when you commit a crime blame it on dysfunction, are you serious you dumb shit....how many ppl grow up in a Ozzie and Harriet home, Id venture less than .001 % but they don't kill their kids and toss them away like garbage.

Frankly if he is this dumb ass stupid he deserves to be fired from that job and they better hurry before his lessons encourage another student that it's ok to kill or commit a heinous crime, just claim dysfuction
