Warning!!! I was thinking....

Even if the jury reaches a verdict today, it makes sense that it would not be released until tomorrow. Due to the holiday and a need by LE, who are probably already stretched thin right now, it would be very difficult to control any sort of violent eruptions, at several locales in and around Orlando, as a result of the verdict, whether they find her guilty or not guilty...JMHO

The monkey who deceased went by he name of "Honey".  She was my best friend.  We worked together at the VA Medical Center and we both joined monkeys in June 2005 after Natalee Holloway was killed by VanderSloot.  She was a real believer in this blog and loved everybody.  She died peacefully in her sleep.  Big shocker though as she was not sick.  I bet she is hugging all those kids who have been murdered though.  Big Children's advocate.  I will miss her tremendously.  She lived in the boondocks of Mississippi.  I teased her all the time bout this.  Just thought I would clear this up for everyone.

There is one vote in the poll that thinks Casey will walk. Let me just say, based on the preponderance of evidence shown, that I believe Casey is 100% guilty. If this chick walks I will lose faith in our judicial system. The Prosecution did a marvelous job.

The prosecution was excellent. 

What do you think Caylee would want for Casey?  That is what keeps going through my mind.

But Barely, at not yet 3, I don't think Caylee would know what she would want.....I do think she would NOT have wanted her mother to kill her though.

I just returned from a long weekend away.  Didn't have tv or internet.  I couldn't get my mind off this case.  Can anyone give me any info on how the jury acted.  Did they give kc eye contact or not look at her .  I heard if they avoid eye contact that it's not a good sign for the defence.

Hi there - I just read somewhere here on the last 5 pages or so that the jury DID NOT look at her when they left.  Of course, now I can't find that post because I'm looking for it...you know how that goes.

Ummm...I was upset by the verdict in the OJ Simpson trial, but not because I was a football fan....

Just saying...a guilty or not guilty verdict and things could get out of hand. Hey, I warned you I was thinking!

My husband says he could not find her guilty of murder after what he saw.  He said there was no proof she murdered her.  He has not followed this like I have but my fear is will the jurors see it the same way?

 

I think that is what some people think who did not watch the entire trial. My 87 year old aunt never knew anything about the case but started watching the trial and watched it faithfully from the beginning to the end today. I talked to her the other night and much to my surprise she had been watching it all. Even at that point she said KC was guilty and the only thing she disagreed with was she thought she killed her violently.

When she called today she was just over whelmed with Linda's way of tying it all up for the jury. She had all her friends at the assisted living place watching it with her. She said everyone knew she did it, but no one wanted her to get the death penalty "because that would be too good for her."

My uncle (her brother) was the warden at the top security prison in Georgia until he retired and he said people like KC are "like rabid dogs who need to be put down." He said they can't be rehabilitated because they are evil to the soul and he had seen thousands of of them over the years. He said if she was ever released she would kill again because she loved the thrill of the kill and the excitement afterwards. He said psychopaths like her do a lot of the same things she did afterwards because they are in their "excitement" stage. It is like a drug to them. (I found that interesting)

Mine was kinda on the fence one moment he was yes she did it and then he would say by maybe it was an accident and she tried to cover it up.....but after listening to Linda this morning he says she is  GUILTY OF MURDER ONE!!
