Finger flicker dude gets to celebrate his 29th B'Day in jail!     ::justice2NJ::

I don't think I want to hear George and Cindy give a statement......they have said way too much as it is.  jmo

Cindy will have to live with the fact that her fight with Casey was the catalyst for this tragedy.  Had she not lied maybe she could live with herself.  This, I hope, will haunt her for a long time!

O, now that is interesting because just a bit ago it was said the State were in their offices - could be nothing, could be a jury question on evidence, any number of things - pacing like we're all doing

Who was this guy??  Any relation to the Anthonys?

nope...just some idiot that doesn't like JA. Guess he thought he was being funny. Wish I could travel over to his job when he gets out of jail just to say har dee har har to him.

Don't you just know it???  I would love to be a fly on the wall.  Wonder what he thinks of his finger now?  I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw him do it?  Did the judge stop the trial to deal whit him.  I did not see that part.

Me too.  And I have so many other things that need my attention.  But I'm glued here!  Part of me thinks I'm wasting my time, and that a verdict will be read tomorrow.  But just in case a verdict is read today, I don't want to miss it.  My arse is sore.

Is it bad that they haven't reached a verdict yet?

No it's not. There was so much testimony and evidence in this case, I am sure they are being very diligent. Whether she gets death or LWOP or 30 years.....it's a huge responsibility and I am sure these people want to ensure they can sleep good at night. I would. We have to keep in mind the jury doesn't know all that we know. No one unless they were a part of us or WS or Hinkymeter or IS would have the amount of info we have in our heads. Very early on I thought it HAD to be an accident. There could be no other explanation. She had no reason to kill her child.....UNTIL all the information started coming out and convinced me she DID IT!  And WHY she did it.  So I hope the jury decides quickly....but I also want them to know factually and emotionally, they made the right call.

I have tried to close my eyes and grab a nap 3 times, and I just cannot.  I am so tired and have to work in 45 minutes.

Comment From Guest Guest: ]
Just heard on the news an announcement is being made in the media room. Do you know what it is?

Bruce at WFTV: we're checking

http://www.wftv.com/caseyanthony/index.html

Darn it!!  It's Murphy's Law.

Youngest son and DIL are on the way over to pick us hubby and I and take us across the line with them to the home of American DIL's parents for a July 4th BQ.  Maybe son can quietly provide me updates from his ipod.  He owes me big time ... 10 hours of hard labor.

Happy July 4th American Monkeys!!

HLN also said an announcement was being made in the media room  Beth Karas was told to stop talking and she was on air

The announcement was that the media is not to conduct interviews outside the media room in the court room #23 halls
LOL
They better crack down on the media, they can be worse than the folks running thru the court house to get in line to enter court. Give the media an inch and they will take a mile. Beth Karas of HLN admitted she was doing just that, wandering around the court house snooping. LOL.

You should have seen the media in Aruba on the ground with what they were doing. OMG, talk about a complete circus. We had to send them on wild goose chases and send out faux search people pretending we got some huge tip. Then we would send out the real search people after they all left.

Some of the car chases were right out of a movie.

I think the media needs to be reminded there needs to be some decorum.

I think that this is going to take at least 1 to 2 days, at least. Please keep in mind that this is a 1st degree capital murder case and we dont want then to come back too soon and the Defense to claim that the jury did not take their job seriously.

Interesting fact ... jury has not asked for any evidense yet.

Turbo, I've been on that same wavelength with you...Also the break in at the other Zenaida's office.  I still would like to have the question answered...Whose ID was in Casey's wallet that the female officer took, that first night?  Maybe we'll know after the trial.

I'd like to know that too.
