If there is..this should be given to Judge Perry and the Prosecution..that hug yesterday..now this today(if it happened)..Baez should be in big time trouble, sanctions, his law license revoked...something for Lordy sakes.

Me too, I'm behind and this has probably already been mentioned...if so I missed it.  Susan Constantine (jury consultant) just said on HLN that this juror nodded her head when the pictures of Caylee climbing the ladder into the pool were shown.  She thinks Juror #4 believes it was an accident.

At this point I'm thinking (HOPING) she doesn't buy that anymore! There is ZERO evidence of a drowning! Cindy didn't even make a call to George about the pool ladder or anything. It just wasn't a drowning.

I would venture a guess that most women (even those abused as children) would still attempt CPR on their child, or at least call the police..   considering the fact that the defense could offer no real proof of abuse, and they themselves seemed to happily call out Casey as a lying slut, there is just no justification for Casey not reporting this.  Or driving all over Orlando, to hide it/Caylee's body from her parents.  I just can't imagine that the other jurors won't at least point this out to her (juror #4).  The typical reaction of a child's death is NOT covering it up, making it look like a murder, and then dumping the body in a swamp. no way in hell is that typical, or in line with any grieving I know of.

Hi all, I decided to spend the day on the beach after the closing agruments so I wouldn't be obessesing over every minute and it was so nice to be with my family and my older son who is in the army, why can't ppl or I should say even sluts like CA see how precious time with your family is

Also, someone pls tell me the report I heard about Leonard Padilla on Hopespring Drive is NOT there taking photographs with ppl? If so, they should arrest his ass and send him back to California with the condition he NEVER return here.......I loathe that media whore, this is about Caylee not some moron that bailed slut out thinking once she got a pedi and a shower she would tell all. A naive media whore too

I hope that juror realizes a photo of Caylee on the ladder is not proof that is how she died. That's ignorant thinking. Reminds me of a lady interviewed on one of the news shows said she thought the duct tape was placed over the face to keep the fluids from leaking after Caylee had died. That is stupid, in my opinion. If that were so, there would/should be duct tape other places, know what I mean? Also, it makes no sense whatsoever (to me).

I imagine they want to be very thorough as JP has instructed them. If they want to deliberate into the night I think he should let them.

I missed that too. Hopefully her nodding was out of disbelief that this was supposed to prove she drowned herself. Lord, please especially help this juror realize every important fact in this case and help Caylee receive her justice.

There is one vote in the poll that thinks Casey will walk. Let me just say, based on the preponderance of evidence shown, that I believe Casey is 100% guilty. If this chick walks I will lose faith in our judicial system. The Prosecution did a marvelous job.

The prosecution was excellent. 

What do you think Caylee would want for Casey?  That is what keeps going through my mind.

That's been on my mind as well. I imagine Caylee is in Heaven so she feels whatever will be, will be. The verdict is in God's hands. What the jurors do with this is anybody's guess. I was raised to believe that God gives us the power to decide right from wrong. In my mind, I see the full picture and believe that Casey was gonna off her parents, therefore I feel that she's a danger to soceity. However, I also believe in God and know that he always gives second chances to repent. Maybe the jurors will meet halfway and give Casey multiple years in prison and recommend intense psychiatric therapy. No matter what, if Casey's life is spared it's bc Caylee intervened - IMO. Personally I think Casey's guilty as heck..but...the jury has certain criteria they have to abide by in order to convict of the worst offense.

Something that bothers me is Casey's apparent disdain toward her father. It's bugging me.
