OMG, you have to watch this video. Start @ 5:40 mark.....LDB in her closing argument talking about 100 percent of accidents involving children are reported to 911, because the parent wants them to LIVE! Dot Simms keeps looking @ KC's face to see if KC is showing any emotion, which she isn't so she tries to get Casey's attention to cue her to react/cry/show some sort of freaking emotion.....Casey totally ignoring her, so Simms literally bumps her with her right arm (watch KC's whole head/upper body jolt to the right when Simms does this)@ about 6:10 mark.
Casey never strays from her stone evil staring baboon face......Simms finally gives up.
I watched a couple times to make sure I wasn't imagining Simms attempt to cue KC, and I don't think I am.

 I don't know how Simms sleeps at night knowing how evil KC really is.

I don't know how Simms rationalizes any of it. The way she acts you'd think of all the defense team members she would be the one having the hardest time with her conscience, but maybe it's all an act and there's a whole other Simms we never get to see.

I'm glad they put up something for us to see of kc during that. I missed it and can re watch it, but not kc during it.

Not taking up for Smms at all..I believe she knows her client is guilty.  I think she is a person that is anti death penalty..and that is the only reason she would have joined this case..to help save a life..not to win.  I think the same of Cheney Mason..he knows she is guilty..heck many months before he joined the team he said on air that he knew she was..he joined because he wanted to help her have a better defense then just Baez and he is anti DP.

I am glad that Mason, Simms and Finnel hoped on board the crazy Casey train..because she can not declare she has grounds for appeal because of poor legal respentation.

Tim says the Anthony's need to go to Hollywood, that;s where they belong. Said they knew that Caylee was dead way back in the beginning. When Miller in A's home, George told Casey and pointed at map ... where is Caylee!

Thus ended the relationship with TES and A's as they A's blew up.

I remember those fireworks.

I know! I about broke my tv when he said Cindy & Casey flipped out on him! George knew. They all did. George pointed to the map & yelled to Casey to point out on the map where Equusearch should start looking. Unbelievable how Cindy & Casey treated Tim.

IIRC, this is the time when his friend from Ohio had to pull him away from her and out of the room (I think he was afraid what he might do, and frankly as a desperate grandparent I wouldn't blame him....) but Cindy got her way again. I promise you if I were ever in that situation and my child was evil and had kept me away from my grand and lied and frustrated my attempts to see my grand, I would have no problem locking them in a room and pulling a gun on them to tell me where my GC was, even if I knew they had passes I would want to make sure their remains were not rotting in a swamp or wherever. I may not have even out bullets in it, but I can sure as hell see myself losing it and trying to scare the hell out of them.

That was another awesome point LDB made, that the playhouse had pavers so no bugs or insects would get on her, yet her mom leaves her to rot and to literally sit there and consider exactly what happened to her little body day by day would push me over the edge. Damn I hate that diabolical and evil bitch

There is one vote in the poll that thinks Casey will walk. Let me just say, based on the preponderance of evidence shown, that I believe Casey is 100% guilty. If this chick walks I will lose faith in our judicial system. The Prosecution did a marvelous job.

The prosecution was excellent. 

What do you think Caylee would want for Casey?  That is what keeps going through my mind.

That's been on my mind as well. I imagine Caylee is in Heaven so she feels whatever will be, will be. The verdict is in God's hands. What the jurors do with this is anybody's guess. I was raised to believe that God gives us the power to decide right from wrong. In my mind, I see the full picture and believe that Casey was gonna off her parents, therefore I feel that she's a danger to soceity. However, I also believe in God and know that he always gives second chances to repent. Maybe the jurors will meet halfway and give Casey multiple years in prison and recommend intense psychiatric therapy. No matter what, if Casey's life is spared it's bc Caylee intervened - IMO. Personally I think Casey's guilty as heck..but...the jury has certain criteria they have to abide by in order to convict of the worst offense.

Something that bothers me is Casey's apparent disdain toward her father. It's bugging me.

ITA Titch..I am hoping she gets LWOP..no pysch helped needed ..she is a sociopath and there is no magic pill, no magic talk therapy..no cure....unforetuneately we can't give the Lion a heart like in the wizard of OZ.  It was the Lion wasn't it..now I'll  have to watch that again to see who got the heart.  I am not a proponent of the DP for religious reasons...however I am a proponent of LWOP..and I do mean LIFE..not Life that turns out to be 15 years for good behavior.

Anywho..I think Casey has disdain for GEORGE because George tried to stand up to her many times in the past and Cindy always told him to lay off and back down. She even allowed Casey to talk to him disdainfully and tell him to stop being a cop.  Right Casey..had a cop lived in your house yuo would have been arrested long ago for credit and check fraud.

I think she really wanted George out of that house..had she been successful in convincing her Mom to kick him out it would have only been a matter of time for her to murder Cindy..I really believe that..but she couldn't physically handle murdering them both at the same time.

Murdereing Caylee was never in my mind directed only toward Cindy..it included George too..she was mad as hell that her little money games and wild lifestyle was catching up to her.  And she was not about to change her lifestyle for Caylee, George or Cindy.  She knew she could give Caylee to them..but that was exactly what she knew they wanted her to do...and being the spiteful bitch she is she thought this will end alot of my problems and also hurt them to no end.

Among the offbeat news items are stories about where Casey Anthony spends her time while she is not in Courtroom 23. Public records recently released show Anthony has done a little shopping at the high-security Orange County Jail commissary.

Although Anthony will spend some time in a room in the Orange County Courthouse while the jury deliberates the case, she has spent the last 33 days under close surveillance in the Orange County Jail, along with 74 other inmates facing murder charges in the county.

The jail is no place for privacy, but she has a few creature comforts according to public records.

The records show she has a few fans out there and the cash is piling up because strangers from across the country are sending in money so Anthony can spend it shopping for personal purchases.

Family members are also sending in money including a $140 deposit into her jail account Wednesday. A copy of the money order was purchased by Anthony’s mother, Cindy Anthony.

Orange County Jail spokesman Allen Moore told the Orlando Sentinel in an email that Casey Anthony's account balance Wednesday was $94.49.

Records show that until Wednesday's deposit, Anthony's family had not contributed to her account since June 5, when her father, George Anthony, deposited $100.

However, her jail account is now topping out at some $300 as of today and the money is still coming in, according to jailhouse records.

Public records reveal she is ordering a lot of writing pens. She recently placed two orders for 20 pens, which are actually security pens made especially for jailed inmates.

Among other items purchased by Anthony include shampoo, conditioner, letter pads, premium chicken breast, BBQ chips, black mascara, beef stew, scented ladies stick, nachos with jalapenos dip, peanut butter, and candy.
