Ask yourself "who's life was better"?  Says it all! I loved Linda's passion, her heart, she was very compelling using Casey's own words to show why she murdered Caylee.  Brilliant! State Says Drowning Claim Absurd; They Kept Promises

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder trial told jurors they kept their promises, alluding to defense claims that never materialized.

Prosecutors also said it is "absurd" to think her 2-year-old daughter drowned or that Casey's father, George Anthony, covered up Caylee Marie Anthony's death to make it look like murder.

Monday marks day 46, including jury selection, in Casey's trial. She's accused of killing Caylee.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder trial told jurors they kept their promises, alluding to defense claims that never materialized.

Lead prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick told the jurors during the rebuttal closing argument thir morning, in court proceedings that didn't stop for the July Fourth holiday weekend, that she and her colleagues backed up every claim they made in their opening statement six weeks ago. Without saying it, she was pointing out to the jury that the defense never directly backed up its opening statement claim that Anthony's 2-year-old daughter Caylee drowned and that Anthony's father made the death look like a murder.

Zoo, it's not a mistrial (I dont' believe) I think it's an overturn of a DP sentence. I believe. And that is why he's waiting for a verdict to rule.

Linda was absolutely amazing! If the jurors had any doubt from all the nonsense Bozo said she cleared it up. Jeff was brilliant in making the jury understand they do not have to agree with the way she was killed but just that she was killed. That was great, I was thinking maybe lesser charge, but I now feel she will be found guilty of first degree murder.

That is not significant even if it goes to the USSC the prior convictions will not be grandfathered to include this. The USSC has ruled on numerous occasions that the DP is Constitutional. That will not change because some appellate court said so.
