It is unclear whether Casey Anthony would be covered under her own parents homeowner's insurance policy or not, but these type policies cover insured persons for negligent and accidental injuries or deaths that the insured homeowner or the covered residents may cause, but usually exclude intentional acts of the homeowners. Murder that was "intended" would likely not be covered under such a policy so this complicates any wrongful death action being contemplated to recover for the death of Casey Anthony's daughter and for her other family member's losses (besides Casey's).

Interesting.  I wonder how this applies to the civil suit by ZG?

There is one vote in the poll that thinks Casey will walk. Let me just say, based on the preponderance of evidence shown, that I believe Casey is 100% guilty. If this chick walks I will lose faith in our judicial system. The Prosecution did a marvelous job.

The prosecution was excellent. 

What do you think Caylee would want for Casey?  That is what keeps going through my mind.

That's been on my mind as well. I imagine Caylee is in Heaven so she feels whatever will be, will be. The verdict is in God's hands. What the jurors do with this is anybody's guess. I was raised to believe that God gives us the power to decide right from wrong. In my mind, I see the full picture and believe that Casey was gonna off her parents, therefore I feel that she's a danger to soceity. However, I also believe in God and know that he always gives second chances to repent. Maybe the jurors will meet halfway and give Casey multiple years in prison and recommend intense psychiatric therapy. No matter what, if Casey's life is spared it's bc Caylee intervened - IMO. Personally I think Casey's guilty as heck..but...the jury has certain criteria they have to abide by in order to convict of the worst offense.

Something that bothers me is Casey's apparent disdain toward her father. It's bugging me.

Titch, it bothers me too that Casey seemed to get the maddest and most upset when George was mentioned. When her Mom was mentioned, she looked unemotional...at least that is what I remember.

It the jury says that caylee drowned the antonies can receive some money for caylees accidenta,.....ha! I do not think that the juru will think that caylee died in the pool

And another thing...

Did Caylee not have a pediatrician? Was she up to date on her shots? Not a single mention of Caylee seeing a pediatrician through this whole thing.

So, what bothers me... Is... Why?

MMR, Varicella, DTP, etc are all mandatory for Americans. So I would like to know if Caylee actually saw a pediatrician like she should have.

I hope this in not inappropriate and I may just be over tired but I think she will get :
 Involuntary manslaughter/ or voluntary manslaughter.
Casey looked up chloroform as a means to make her sleep. So she could go out.
I think she gave her too much and caylee never woke up. She called George and Cindy no one returned her calls she couldn't call 911 because of the drugs in caylee 's system. So she wrapped her  in a blanket and put her in the trunk of her car and put it out of her mind. She could do this then  stayed with Tony.
When she returned to her car she had to fix this and put her in the trash bags because Decomposition  was  starting  and poor caylee  was leaking so wrapped the duct tape and put her in plastic bags  and we all know the rest.

I hope I'm wrong This is JMO  thoughts please

Depending upon the length, the expense and/or the difficulty of the trial, the judge may encourage the jury to resume deliberations for a longer rather than a shorter time. Once the judge determines that jury is still hung then the judge will declare a mistrial. In a criminal case, it will then be up to the prosecution to determine whether to retry the case or drop the charges.
